Smart guy. Vance is impressive and so was Bill. Good questions and it's nice to actually hear questions answered in an interview with a politician for once. Vance even brought the conversation back to Bill's original question concerning the Ukrainian/Russian conflict. So he obviously has nothing to hide, and he's clear on policy. I like the guy.
