Azerbaijan’s top diplomat warns Armenia’s ‘militarization’ threatens normalization talks

📍 Senior Azerbaijani officials reiterated that signing a normalization deal hinges on Armenia removing indirect references to Nagorno-Karabakh from its constitution and called Armenia’s ‘mass militarization’ a major threat to the process.
📍 Russian President Vladimir Putin called Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to review the state of ongoing efforts to reach a normalization deal.
📍 Opposition leader Bagrat Galstanyan confirmed he is planning to resume protests against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan next month.
📍 An appeals court shortened the detention period of former government minister and Pashinyan critic Armen Ashotyan, raising expectations he may be released imminently.
