I love this song , those of us raised on very humble beginnings and forced to help raise our younger brothers and sisters can feel the pain in this song. I think in alot of ways being forced to help pay the bills at a younger age has made me a better man . A better human being. Great reaction Enoma , I know you felt the meaning of this song it hits home. As always stay safe

This is a song that always hit home with me because of the fact that my dad died when I was 7 and he will always take us for a Sunday drive and we have conversation about what's going on in our young life and what was needed to get done. And then my mom passed when I hit 22. She was only 53. She got to see all of her 13 kids grown. So this song is one of the great ones of all time to me. Love your mom and dad why you have them. You never know when they will be called home. Always put love first. And I mean love of all people know matter who they are. That's the way my mom lived her life.

This is a very empowering song, to the younger generation. It show what the previous ancestors have to go through…
