RAAF Super Hornets at Williamtown airbase

The F/A-18F Super Hornets of Number 1 Squadron and the EA-18G Growlers of No. 6 Squadron are normally based at RAAF Amberley QLD but were temporarily based at RAAF Williamtown NSW for Exercise Diamond Shield 2022 over several weeks.
During that time the RAAF Super Hornets, RAAF
F-35As, USAF F-16s and other US and Australian aircraft were involved in the exercise.

Btw, those aircraft are ea-18g growler SEAD aircraft not the RAAF's F/A-18F Super hornet strike fighters (pre 1:12)

Could not agree more it is very haunting, but there is one sound that is top of the list, she is an oldie now days but it is the big and bold sound of the mighty MERLIN.. I bet you have a soft spot for her in your heart Jigglypuff981
