Love the A4s and their design for speed and durability and very well maneuvering ability for their ability as their pilots can easily do a roll in seconds

It's a modification the Israelis put on their Skyhawks. Supposedly it helped with reducing heat emissions.

Almost certainly an electronic warfare pod of some sort. The turbine being used to generate power.
