I made these two days ago! They are beyond delicious! My daughter took most of them to her office, where they were a big hit ! I did use the peanut butter Chex! Really really yummy recipe ! 😊😊😊
I’m definitely making these for Christmas! I might put a few sprinkles on the chocolate topping for some. I think the little ones would like that. Always looking for new recipes to add to treat tins I give out! TFS
My son loves pb anything. And these can be made gluten free, another plus! Think I may add half pb, half chocolate chex or gluten free cocoa "puffs" . So yummy!!! The options are endless! Thanks!😊
Looks so yummy..and no need for sorrys about your fantastic much loved and seasoned pan..to me that pan shows all the hard work and love that went into all the baking and cooking for family and friends..seeing your pan for me makes me think of my adult children when they visit with my Grandchildren..and if I am using my older well used pans....I see the love in their eyes and memories they are thinking about...when they say to my Grandchildren..did you know your Grandmother used to make yummy cookies on that exact pan when I was little like you and you are going to eat some yummy cookies just like we had...It makes my heart happy.... Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe.
Hi Sara! I’m definitely going to try these! Where in northern Minnesota are you from? I’m originally from Hallock, MN. Now I live 30 some miles to the west in North Dakota. I’m so glad I found you on You Tube, and I’ll be watching your videos all the time! I know I’ll get some awesome recipes from you! Thank you! ❤
Hi- Thanks for watching! We are within a 3 hour radius of you- cold snowy and windy already! Thank you for watching, there are lots of northerners in this community:)
Hey Sol and Sam Dog you're slipping up. Mom is in the kitchen with peanut butter and peanut butter cereal. Ranger, our mixed hound from the pound, loves peanut butter and would be right there. Are your noses asleep? This sounds good. I will have to try it, maybe pressed into a pan not clumps. Happy Thanksgiving.
Well, they were under my feet! Yes, you can certainly press into a pan, lightly then coat with the chocolate/butterscotch mixture, make sure not to crush the cereal, the regular pan recipe calls for corn flakes!
WOW!! YUMMY 😋🤤!! I Like This Idea 😀 I Wouldn't Want To Change This Recipe!! I Cant Wait To Get The Ingredients To Make Them... I Went Ahead And Subscribe To Your Channel 👍👍👍😋🤤😁🤗😊❤️ Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 To Your Family...
Your channel came up on my Recommended suggestions for the first time this morning. I was intrigued with the picture and the name of the Chex Scotcheroo Clusters! I enjoyed watching your natural style of presentation of the video. I’m going to make this recipe. I might give some to several of my neighbors. They look quite simple to make and so yummy! I live in the Northeastern part of Indiana. It gets cold here, though I think Northern Minnesota gets even colder! 😉🥶 I subscribed to your channel today, also!
I would not recommend that, the chocolate and butterscotch would melt and it would take away from the finished look- but you sure can try it- it may be a better option!
I probably did, this is not for consumption for anyone but me and I think in secret most people lick their fingers:) This is not a perfect channel- I am here to share good recipes that you can make- I am sure I washed my hands many times if that helps.
Looks delicious. I’m going to try it! But…. I’m sooo tired of hearing the term “No Bake”. Of course it’s no bake. That doesn’t mean much, many no bake recipes are still as much trouble, and make just as much of a mess. Quick and easy is a better description. Or just that you produce some super yummy stuff like this and don’t worry about it. Thank you for this recipe.
You’re right, it’s more about the end result, these do come together fast though! I probably don't even think about the term as I am saying it. I don't script my videos, just real life and I am sure I say a lot of things that don't make sense sometimes:). Have a nice holiday.
Lots of people look for no bake for many reasons. No oven, not good at baking, easy to make with kids. Its just a commonly used term that makes finding recipes easier.
Thanks for the feedback! I try to keep it real! I try to film my videos with a one-woman show, so it might not always look perfect, but I hope they are helpful! My kitchen is a regular home kitchen and if you watch all of the videos's I forget something or don't have something ready every time. I am kind of known for that. And you will not find perfection or completely prepared here. I appreciate you letting me know.
Looks delicious, I’ll be making these with my grandchildren! Thanks so much for the recipe and for being “real” 😊
They are a fun one to make with little hands! And yes I take some heat for not being organized, but I don't think I want to change who I am:)

I am SO happy you let me know! I don't get a lot of feedback so it's nice to know when people make them. Thank you!
I love your channel and the way you are so real. I will be making these.
Thank you- I love the support!
In addition to the holidays, they would be great for a super bowl party. Thanks.l
Yes, these are always a hit at any gathering!

I bet the little ones would love them with sprinkles! I did not think of that..they are so good!

Great idea to mix up the cereal -These are very versatile!

They look yummilicious!

Great job! Looks great, I’m going to make them gluten free for my daughter.

Will make really soon
Just want to try before Christmas
Thank you- hope you love them.
Yummy! Those look delicious! 🙂

You are so sweet. Beautiful home. Your desert looks delicious. Gonna try it.
Thanks! I am glad you like it. Let me know what you think if you try them.
Thank you for the great recipe, I've never made these before, I look forward to making them for Christmas.🙂❄️☃️🎄
You’re welcome, enjoy!
They look good, I am thinking of using maple syrup instead of the Karl syrup.
That may be excellent, I have a lot of that!
Or golden syrup. Its easy to make, too!
Will like to make these for our Church's bazaar.
Thats a perfect place for these, they will love them. They present well too.
Oh yum! I’m making those
Yea!
Can’t find the hex you used. Any substitutions? Thanks. Enjoyed the video. 🤓
Chex? The peanut butter chex I found at Walmart and Target, if you can't find them there, regular chex (the rice) kind will be very similar!
Rice or Corn. They have several different ones
Your dog looks very cute 😊
Thank you! She makes appearances occasionally.
YES i will be making these thanks alol😊😊
You're welcome!
0:12 that looks yummy at me so far keep up the good work
Thanks

Can you use corn flakes
Yes you can!
Im from Moorhead, MN so yes, cold.
LOl Yes, very familiar with the area!
❤
Thank you!
Wouldn’t it be easier to mix the chocolate in with the Chex and scoop out and save that extra step of pouring the chocolate on the tops?
I would not recommend that, the chocolate and butterscotch would melt and it would take away from the finished look- but you sure can try it- it may be a better option!
OR, I'm thinking dip them.
At 9:36, I think you licked your fingers and then continued to use your fingers to scoop up the mixture.
I probably did, this is not for consumption for anyone but me and I think in secret most people lick their fingers:) This is not a perfect channel- I am here to share good recipes that you can make- I am sure I washed my hands many times if that helps.
@ no harm if it’s just for you. I’m sorry. I notice these things after that COVID debacle. 😁
Sugar? Cornsyrup? Is that really edible? Any healthier ingredients?looks tasty though
Yes, unfortunately, this is one where you may need to portion control, mostly a treat and no substitutions. But they are good.
Sub in another syrup for the corn. No sweets are good for you, but people still indulge, not judge.
012 What time is it there late
Yes its dark here at 4:25

I have never seen a person try to do a cooking video yelling from the stove rather than filming near the cooking stove.
I try to be as natural as possible when recording! And, my kitchen is a one woman show, so most people could probably relate:)
Keeping it real!❤
It's hard to hear you at times...also you seem unprepared?
