We need to make the streets more inviting and accessible which means infrastructure investments... which we can't really afford nor have the will to make happen. I was just downtown there today had a jam, broken parking meter so I could not pay. The meter reader can see that the coin slot was jammed and filled and still gave me a $90 parking ticket. And why would I want to return to downtown San Francisco? This is happened more than once. . Not including two broken windows and stuff stolen out of the car . I’m fifth generation living in San Francisco San Francisco has a funny way of welcoming people .

Well, we can all up and quit, or we make a go at what is still a place w a ton of people. These commercial rents are probably dropping making it more affordable for businesses. You need businesses to create the tax revenues to pay for cops, security, and clean up. Yes there's a ton of problems. But it's still home to many. Just not sure why all the hate? As if a populace of majority liberals did something personal to you. Where do you live? I truly hope it's wonderful for you there.
