Hi! Of course, my waist is 26 inches. I purchased the medium size, the length is 80 cm. I use the second to last hole for high waisted pants. I've tried wearing it over a blazer, the length works well, so I think low waist is fine too. I personally prefer smaller width with a dress. I think this one works pretty well with trousers and jeans! 😊
