      Sabko bheegone ki jarurat nahin hai aur ek baar mein sab jyada hoga. Kabhi kabar koi dikkat nahin. Rotate kar ke khayenge to fayde jyada honge. Dhanyavad.

    Hi namaste sir, after soaking dry nuts ( badam cashew, walnut s ,pista )in the night,& dry fruits like
    (Kismish,anjeer& dates), should we have to throw the water or use the water for making smooth ie or milk shake with the fruit) please reply

      Thanks a lot for your valuable, detailed feedback and a great question as well. Water which is used to soak Almonds & Walnuts should be discarded as it contains lot of oxalates and phytates. In others you may use that water. Kindly do share your other suggestions as well.

      Never used soaked dry fruits water as it is highly toxic, so always throw it.

    Can I have 5 different DF each 5 in number at a time ie 5 badam , 5 kaju 5 pista 5 kishmish , 2 Akhrot . Can i also drink lemon , honey in warm water after my exercise in morning

      That's good. Honey is good but if you can avoid it's much better. During breakfast you can have it. If you are not diabetic and no family history than also this is advisable.

      Shakes and smoothies with nuts are always a good option especially in breakfast but do not go overboard as this gives you good amount of nutrition and calories as well. Thanks a lot.

      Badam aur akhrot ko alag bhigoyen. kuch prakar ke seeds ka alag swad hota hai, jaise ki methi seeds to ye sab me mix hoga. Behtar hai is prakar ke seeds ko alag bhigoyen. Magaj, kismis, anjeer, kaju, pumpkin, sunflower seeds ye ikathe bhigoye ja sakte hain.

      Agar aap bilkul bhi nuts nahin khate to dheere dheere 2 nuts se survat karen, ek din mein 5-6 nuts lene hi chahiye aur phir thoda rotate karete rahen. Dhaniyavad.
