Never used soaked dry fruits water as it is highly toxic, so always throw it.

That's good. Honey is good but if you can avoid it's much better. During breakfast you can have it. If you are not diabetic and no family history than also this is advisable.
How much chilgoza to be taken daily and with or without food ?

Badam aur akhrot ko alag bhigoyen. kuch prakar ke seeds ka alag swad hota hai, jaise ki methi seeds to ye sab me mix hoga. Behtar hai is prakar ke seeds ko alag bhigoyen. Magaj, kismis, anjeer, kaju, pumpkin, sunflower seeds ye ikathe bhigoye ja sakte hain.
