      Sahi baat... OIL, SUGAR, SALT, aata, chawal, millet, dairy products sabke liye mana karte hain.. Phir kya kha kar zinda rahen... Fruit se bhi sugar spike hota hai.. Only vegetable kha kar kya sab kuchh mil sakta hai?

    Egg yolk may be harmful for heart patients but not for those who don’t have heart problems. I think for those who are not heart patients egg as a whole is one of the complete food and super foods. I am 65 years old and eat 3 eggs everyday for at least six months. My good cholesterol HDL is gone up to 71 also gone up is LDL which we don’t have to worry about as LDL which is called bad cholesterol in fact is not bad if you have high HDL and low Triglycerides.

      I think 3 per day is not bad to increase HDL if you r not a heart patient.

      Yessssssssssss.....that exactly my opinion.... weak digestion and weak heart or for heart patients egg yolk is not good.... other wise whole egg is fine..... especially for sports and gym person

      but egg will also increase trigycerides. i used to eat 2 eggs per day 6 days a week. my trigkyceride level went above 300. what to do in such case?

      @@srinathshettigar379 Not a problem brother dont worry. I've been eating 2-3 whole eggs per day 7 days a week for the last 5 years. My cholesterol is below 90 triglycerides are less than 70. Please check your other food habits.

    Dr. Chhajer, I have been taking 2 eggs for breakfast for the last 25 years. My cholesterol levels are absolutely fine. I also understand that our body makes 3000 mg of cholesterol daily.

      Yes! Based on my knowledge, the body needs that much it seems to perform the functions, and if consume more dietary cholesterol, then the liver produces less. Besides that yolk contains omega3 and so many vitamins and antioxidants, so definitely not to be discarded

    Past 10 years I'm eating daily 5 full egg 3days chicken with skin 3days to mutton with fat... I'm 38years no I don't have any problem my mom 80year she don't have any problm..

      Egg yolk are not bad for health. I consulted many doctors regarding this and they told me otherwise and egg yolk does not increase cholesterol in blood.

    It’s still risky to eat too many eggs, but you don’t have to give them up entirely. How many you can eat depends on your health status. The American Heart Association recommends up to one egg a day for most people, fewer for people with high blood cholesterol, especially those with diabetes or who are at risk for heart failure, and up to two eggs a day for older people with normal cholesterol levels and who eat a healthy diet.

      The quality of eggs is very cheap nowadays I used to eat 5-6 eggs in whole day earlier they are easily digestible but now if I eat 2 I got blotted badly .. itz better not to eat 🙏🏼

    I am taking 2 eggs daily including yolk & my cholesterol level less than 160 & ldl less than 80, triglycerides less than 150..now whom to believe.. many a doctors say cholesterol is required by body and liver produces 70% of it while only 30% by intake..

    🙏🙏 Doctor , why after taking 4 whole boiled eggs everyday for last 6 years my Lipid profile remains always in safe limit ( Total Cholesterol , HDL , LDL , VLDL and Triglycerides everything within safe normal range always) I am 52 years old Male , What other pathological tests , I need to do to know the real condition of my heart

    Sir at 03:00 , you said egg yolk contain 183mg cholesterol which u further said is enough for 18 days but according to heart association 300mg cholesterol of daily intake is recommended.
    Sorry if i misunderstood

    I listen to this honorable doctor who always confused to public by his own
    Personal opinion.He is calculating like a mathematical way. Cholesterol in egg
    Is not bad Cholesterol.last videos he advised to away from dry fruits etc etc.

    Why liver produces 3000mg cholesterol every single day? 3000mg cholesterol =14 egg yolks =1 pound butter = .75 pound ghee.
    If we eat more liver makes less, if we eat less liver produce more of it from carbohydrates...
    Carbohydrate shouldn’t be consumed 10% of total meal

      Absolutely right... According to this doc we should not eat anything no dry fruits no curd no milk no olive oil no ghee no eggs no chicken no fish of any kind... We should only eat salads n boiled vegetables... I wonder how will ppl look if they do that... How can they get that shine on skin n hair... They will be just thin that's all...       Mere Ghar ke 80_90 sal ke bujurgon ka khana ye dr . Dekh le to isko pakka heart attack a jayega. For example bhains ka gadhe doodh aur thali me deshi ghee 50 gm ki katori.

      Yeah , eggs contain High density lipoprotein....actually what it does is remove the low density lipoprotein( bad cholesterol) from clogged arteries...
      So I didn't understood why he didn't take this to consideration..!

      If yes then what about people living extreme cold temperatures? I think body adapts to the surrounding climates by adjusting the blood vessel functions and fat depositing under the skin..And also people do take safety measures naturally to protect from harsh climates..I think chances are less..

    Anything in excess....be it anything...is always unhealthy.
    The egg yolk is rich in iron, Vitamin B2, B12 and D, which are missing from egg whites.
    Too much of boiled egg yolk is definitely a big No (high colestrol)...but a boiled egg for breakfast once in a way is good to go.

      @@Parmatmaaek I mean whole eggs and the thing is eggs contain hdl that is good cholesterol also and in future heart patients candidate are whose whom having high triglycerides cholesterol is also a factor but main factor in plague in arteries are triglycerides that is all in oils so u should avoid oils

      depends person to person if someone eating eggs and it's suiting him then no problem in eating yellow part. it depends on metabolism of the person if the digestive system is good and appetite is also good then no problem even if u take 5-7 eggs a day. but again how body is functioning of a particular person has to be observed himself. if your physical hardwork is more and your diet is also not good enough then i recommend to eat 5-7 eggs per day. drink lots of water that's it.

    Sir , with due respect ...please reveal data or evidence that how egg cholesterol clogs artery or make blockage ? As earlier 3 eggs per day recommended by WHO ,later Said Only around 2 eggs per week . And finally i have been through lots OF health books which says it’s tremendous in term of nutrition shown with datas & egg cholesterol does not elevate body cholesterol.
