Sahi baat... OIL, SUGAR, SALT, aata, chawal, millet, dairy products sabke liye mana karte hain.. Phir kya kha kar zinda rahen... Fruit se bhi sugar spike hota hai.. Only vegetable kha kar kya sab kuchh mil sakta hai?

Egg yolk may be harmful for heart patients but not for those who don’t have heart problems. I think for those who are not heart patients egg as a whole is one of the complete food and super foods. I am 65 years old and eat 3 eggs everyday for at least six months. My good cholesterol HDL is gone up to 71 also gone up is LDL which we don’t have to worry about as LDL which is called bad cholesterol in fact is not bad if you have high HDL and low Triglycerides.
I think 3 per day is not bad to increase HDL if you r not a heart patient.
Yessssssssssss.....that exactly my opinion.... weak digestion and weak heart or for heart patients egg yolk is not good.... other wise whole egg is fine..... especially for sports and gym person
but egg will also increase trigycerides. i used to eat 2 eggs per day 6 days a week. my trigkyceride level went above 300. what to do in such case?

@@srinathshettigar379 Not a problem brother dont worry. I've been eating 2-3 whole eggs per day 7 days a week for the last 5 years. My cholesterol is below 90 triglycerides are less than 70. Please check your other food habits.

Dr. Chhajer, I have been taking 2 eggs for breakfast for the last 25 years. My cholesterol levels are absolutely fine. I also understand that our body makes 3000 mg of cholesterol daily.
Yes! Based on my knowledge, the body needs that much it seems to perform the functions, and if consume more dietary cholesterol, then the liver produces less. Besides that yolk contains omega3 and so many vitamins and antioxidants, so definitely not to be discarded
True, I am now taking 2 to 4 eggs daily for more than 1 year... I lost weight rather..and feel more energy..

Past 10 years I'm eating daily 5 full egg 3days chicken with skin 3days to mutton with fat... I'm 38years no I don't have any problem my mom 80year she don't have any problm..

Egg yolk are not bad for health. I consulted many doctors regarding this and they told me otherwise and egg yolk does not increase cholesterol in blood.

I am taking 2 eggs daily including yolk & my cholesterol level less than 160 & ldl less than 80, triglycerides less than 150..now whom to believe.. many a doctors say cholesterol is required by body and liver produces 70% of it while only 30% by intake..

Why liver produces 3000mg cholesterol every single day? 3000mg cholesterol =14 egg yolks =1 pound butter = .75 pound ghee.
If we eat more liver makes less, if we eat less liver produce more of it from carbohydrates...

The egg yolk is rich in iron, Vitamin B2, B12 and D, which are missing from egg whites.
Too much of boiled egg yolk is definitely a big No (high colestrol)...but a boiled egg for breakfast once in a way is good to go.

depends person to person if someone eating eggs and it's suiting him then no problem in eating yellow part. it depends on metabolism of the person if the digestive system is good and appetite is also good then no problem even if u take 5-7 eggs a day. but again how body is functioning of a particular person has to be observed himself. if your physical hardwork is more and your diet is also not good enough then i recommend to eat 5-7 eggs per day. drink lots of water that's it.
