    That's a weird answer, only 10% of the estrogen comes from fat tissue. I don't think estrogen causes the cancer, the cancer cell, like any other just responds to estrogen. If you have more estrogen, then cells that are already out of control, just grow faster.

    The problem is aromatese inhibitors cause weight or fat increase, where it should not, how does this work? These medicines lower the estrogen so much, doesn't it cause hormonal imbalance?

    And wby not increase progesterone levels so balance with estrogyn levels or cut out all bad exenoestrogyns??

      No one tells you the whole truth, oncologists go by the book and give the standard treatment to all patients having the particular cancer type. They do not care aboit severe side effects that patients suffer from.
