When I done the second one with the CMD run as Administer it came up with error 87?

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.

Bro my laptop is recieving win 11 update but i tried to download from Setting-Windows update and after 100% downloading upgrading is starting almost 98% completed installing but after that Windows update is checking automatically and starting the download from 0% and it is also stuck at 0% how to fix do u have any knowledge about the issue

I tried to sfc /scannow but it says there is a system repair pending which requires a reboot to complete and tells me to restart windows and run it again but that doesnt solve anything

my problem is im on 1903 the update for 1909 downloads but when W10 Reboots it gets to 98% then says it cant update so

hi. maybe you can help me. I have been working on a laptop that fails with all updates with error 0c80073701. I have tried numerous things including sfc (it did find problems and repaired it), DISM (it hands at around 35% or so), running the troubleshooter, and trying to install manually (which simply hangs). I am at my wits end. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hello i updated my laptop ( about an month ago windows 11) and i am not able to update it again. Every time i switch on my laptop it says ' this verision of windows is expiring soon please update to then newsest verision ' and when i got to settings and click check for updates it always says error encountred.
