This series is by far the best I’ve seen from the Left 4 Dead community. I’ve never seen someone manage to perfectly encapsulate the personality of the survivors in such a cinematic yet realistic environment and atmosphere. They talk like real people and have lines even when they aren’t on screen. They have little quirks like Bill getting tired out when he runs or Francis literally using his head to open a door as an immediate solution. It’s little tidbits like that that really stand out here. I think the mix between standard and custom movement cycles is perfect. The custom running and acrobatics fused with the standard walks feels fluid and neither feels out of place or jarring to transition into. They’re done perfectly, and the small touches like Zoey keeping her arms ready for either direction in the subway tunnels stood out to me immediately. The reloads were consistent and paced well during combat, and hearing the callouts from them made each combat scene feel that bit more alive. The fights themselves felt like a great mesh of the games’ horde shooter combat and theatrical cinematography, with hordes still large enough to be imposing without feeling quite as overwhelming as the games have to when maintaining gameplay. There were only a handful of really minor errors in the whole part, and the only one I can remember after finishing is that Louis was missing his Medkit in some earlier shots after reaching the generator room, but it’s inconsequential enough for me to ignore. You clearly put tons of effort into this all the way through, and I can’t wait for more. You did a phenomenal job in every way and I can only imagine you getting better. If you don’t become an animator at a studio level, then the world truly is an unfair place, because this is solo talent most professionals couldn’t muster.

I love the moment when their celebrating after defeating the horde, really makes their friendship seem more genuine and not like their sticking together 'cause they have to.
Man I love every second of it specifically Francis being a goofball and those sleeping zombies makes me anxious they might be alive or just laying I think you improve. Take a long rest after making these episodes.
There's something I wanna note, and it's with Bill. Whenever not in combat, he doesn't do trigger discipline. He's used guns long enough to know to do that, so maybe a neat lil detail to add in the next chapters.
Trigger discipline wasn't a thing until or after the Vietnam War,so it's possible that Bill as a Nam vet didn't care about it much,since the idea was still relatively new to shooters
