    This guy was a trainer at my gym in G-11. I haven't seen him for quite a while(maybe he switched gyms). I personally prefer to train alone, even if I did want a trainer he's firmly out of my budget. But just about everything he's said in this video is true. I've seen him train his clients. His work ethic, his relationship with the clients, the way he pushes and encourages all of them, the way he keeps everyone accountable. If you can afford this guy, well worth it. I also had very limited brief interactions with him, I did not know he was so eloquent.

    Just a suggestion, I mean no disrespect to anyone but please get educated about the topic you are going to discuss, Unfortunately, the host has no idea at all what to ask and what are the basics, it's Hassaan who handled it so pretty well it didn't felt, but it adds disrespect to the guest when you not have any basic idea or hasn't done any homework. Just a suggestion, love your work btw

  • @muscularhypertrophyoptimized
    @muscularhypertrophyoptimized 2 года назад +2

    So he says that the guy who takes steroids actually works harder in the gym, which is absolutely wrong. As a natty/ a guy who's natural and goes to the gym, ( naturally building muscle/ natural hypertrophy), their only source of muscle growth is MPS (muscle protein synthesis) which is elevated following workout, peaks at around 24 hours after workout. A natural guy has to train more to be in a constant state of MPS and the only source of muscle growth for a natural builder is the stimulus he/she gives to their muscle in the gym. On the contrary, someone on anabolics is in a constant state of muscle protein synthesis, even when they're not working out, thanks to the assistance of anabolics.

    • @SalmanKhan-ti7or
      @SalmanKhan-ti7or 2 года назад

      Have your tried anabolics? Probably not. Then you dont know what goes through the body during their cycle. As he said, Fitness and bodybuilding are two different things.

    • @muscularhypertrophyoptimized
      @muscularhypertrophyoptimized 2 года назад

      @@SalmanKhan-ti7or @Salman Khan Fitness and Bodybuilding can go hand in hand, especially when you're not using anabolic compounds. Bodybuilding can be done naturally. Besides, Natural lifters have to work harder when it comes to growing muscle, simply because their only source of muscle growth is hitting the gym. This is not the same for guys on steroids who are ALWAYS in a state of MPS. They can grow muscle effectively even if their diet and training is off due to the support of anabolics. This is not to say they don't put in the work. It's just that if you're natural, it's more of a marathon , rather than a sprint once you're past the beginner stage. For someone who's natural, they have little room for error when it comes to effort in the gym, sleep and diet Please read the scientific literature available on the nternet , rather commenting out of sheer ignorance. Muscle building is Slow and forces you to have a good diet and more importantly, sleep when you're a natural athlete and trying to build muscle. I'm a natural powerbuilder and i have enough experience in the gym that can confirm the scientific researches available on the internet.
