'anday deyti rehe' 😂 He has got a funny side to him which we do not get to see much. You can definitely tell he really eased in this part of the interview and when he is comfortable his personality shines through. I love his self-awareness and how honest he is - he is so unaware of how good his craft his you can tell he is nervous if his work will be appreciated. I also liked the fact he touched upon the downside of rapid physical transition and the health hazards that come with it. I think what sets him apart that he is a very secure actor and likes to support and highlight his colleagues work. I hope he never stops working because we need actors like him. Can't wait to watch Maula Jatt and I am sure he will be spectacular in it.
Met him years ago at a fundraiser.
My mom and I were at the table right next to him, he was sitting side by side with my mother as we turned to listen to a speaker. My mother turned to him to say something, and he automatically bent forward so she could give him “pyar” on his back. She said, “beta, aap nai Dastaan mai bahoth acha kaam kiya. Buss isitharan kaam karthay rehna..”. He said, “buss auntie, aapki duwain hain humaray saath…”
So humble, incredibly sweet & respectful - no pretense and no fakeness. You could see he saw himself as just another guy.
I asked if I could take a picture of him & my mom, he said “of course. Where would you like to take it?” Incredible! Took the pic, then he asked if I’d like one too, I declined so he signed the flyer of the fundraiser for me- asked me my name & write “Dear (my name),” with best wishes message.
For those who say he’s elusive or “stuck up” - you can see he’s exactly the opposite. He seems like the kind of person who doesn’t understand why all this fuss is made about him, because he sees himself as a regular, every day person…..and that is part of his charm.

He shot a drama at my uni and was there for 20 days straight. I struck a sort of a friendship with him. He was so polite to me and everyone! Genuinely caring and decent!

Not a single negative comment. Wow! Fawad is such a great actor, Pakistan is lucky to have such a humble/modest actor. Normally, people always toot their own horn. It was very refreshing to see his face. I wish this movie is played in Canada, there are tons of Punjabi’s here who would luv to watch this movie.

I'm from Philippines and my Pakistani colleague asked me to watch this movie in jeddah and we are from yanbu. We drove 3 hrs to watch it. At first he think and I think that it will be a boring movie for me since I might can't relate. But I am shocked! Oh my god! What an amazing film. The production. Cinematography. Costume. Special effects.Acting. Etc etc. Was insanely insane. So good! Better then any Hollywood film I've ever seen. I really never expect the quality and execution of this film is way Hollywood standard. It should be in the mainstream and people must watch. The characters of Maula Jatt and Noori Natt are so iconic. I have no words to describe. Absolute thrilling epic film. I can watch it over and over and over again. Amazing!!. Till now I can't move on how to describe it. I'm an instant fan of Fawad Khan and Hamza Abassi now!!!
Fawad is such a wise human. No fake stuff, no pretending like the so-called celebrities we have these days. Above all, he talks after so much thought. Doesn't blurt out nonsense.

One of my favorite actor.. I m from India but I'm very impressed by his acting and his approach of living as a human.. such a beautiful person inside and outside.. I wish I could meet him one day and take a selfie with him 😊🤞

Thankyou Amna , a treat to watch and listen to him. I am not Punjabi-speaking but will definitely watch this contemporary version bec of these amazing actors and director. Dubbing in Urdu might not be a good idea since it cannot potray the culture, the feel of that language. Maybe Urdu /english subtitles can work esp if it's hard core Punjabi .

Amna constantly smiling like me while talking to fawad I always do when ever I watch him on TV screens. My husband knows I like him alot once I was smiling while talking about fawad he said (my husb) "tenu sharam ty ni aundi" I said " nai aundi". 😁😂😁😂.

The dedicated actor , gaining weight as a diabetic, is very hard on person’s health! The kidney failure is a major life threading, he and his family suffered no doubt ! The public should try to respect artists, they also work hard, even risk their life! This is probably why his wife was looking so sober, the film is a great film, you gave it all Fawad , your fans will respect your hard work !

Loved the conversation, really looking forward to the movie, had no idea that FK is urdu speaking and its great to see he put in such effort to speak Punjabi, it seems authentic to me (ofcourse i 'm not punjabi so maybe thats why lol). Good to see one of our biggest star sharing his insecurities, being humble and just not taking himself so seriously! Looking forward to all his projects actually he's a wonderful actor so have fingers crossed!

He’s proven that if someone wants to simplify their life, step away from all the “noise” of the outside world, and minimize their reliance to technology - they can do it. If someone belonging to this industry can do it, anyone else can. It all comes back to the individual, their mindset and their value system.
He’s got the right formula to life, and in the long run, he’ll be a more content, at peace human for it. 👏🏽

Fawad really has good comic sense he was very good in Akbari asghari..he should do more light hearted roles in future and also sings some songs too...and it's fun to listen him such a Sense able person who knows what to speak
He is vry orignal,natural and superb actor and all Pakistanis proud of him.
I have noticed in all of his interviews.. the impression from his every interview that he did drama only because he had no choice back then, this is upsetting. They were best dramas like dastan, humsafar, zindagi gulzar hai that he got his recognition nationally and internationally. No movie of his was as hit as his dramas.
I know movie’s earn actors a lot of money but please be proud of the work you have done in drama industry. 😊

Fushcia magzine made a whole fiasco about the thing that fawad gave you an interview rather than them. This is so low of them honestly. Rabia from fushcia previously also did something like this when she was so jealous of something haute that she interviewed rubina ashraf and indirectly they both made fun of something haute. I’m so proud of you guys for always being so dignified that you’ve always ignored her digs at you.
They can say or do whatever they want It will only reflect badly on them. Aamna and Hassan always rise above such things and Aamna graciously attended a panel discussion at FM. SH has always maintained a very dignified stance and I have never seen them taking potshots at other digital media personnel. One of the reasons why I will always be their supporter.

Just a suggestion; please try to find better seating and camera angles. The angle of the camera throughout meant Fawad’s leg/shoe was dangling in front of the camera. It is just a disrespectful way of sitting, even if it is considered cool. The situation can be avoided easily with a higher couch, maybe a different camera angle or maybe being mindful of etiquettes of sitting on screen. Enjoyable interview otherwise.
