  • • Ingredients:#Green onion oil flatbread
    All-purpose flours 500grams 0:36,
    Baking powder 2grams 0:39,
    Yeast 2grams 0:42,
    Oil 4 spoons 0:47,
    Water 350grams 0:54,
    Oil about 300 grams 1:18,
    Green onion pieces 100grams 1:26,
    All-purpose flour 280grams 1:33,
    Salt a little. 2:39,
    • Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat 220 degrees and bottom heat 200 degrees. Bake for about 15 mins in the middle of the oven. Watch carefully when baking and make adjustment according to condition of oven.
    • When baking with electrical baking pan, bake both sides for about 7 mins with high heat.
