But he told me that I have to have a blood test every 6 months and once a year Radio therapy for a body scan. I'm fine, but the ghost of cancer is on my heels, but you know what I say? It will not reach me, because I am stronger and the will to live will not be taken away by anyone and to be with my son and my wife. And every day I do this Routine of Igor, every day, I must recover the mobility of my left arm in its entirety. force. So I will continue until the end. My Log Day 1: done all Day 2: muscles hurt a little bit but all of the exercises done Day 3: muscles hurt as hell and last 5 exercises done on low impact Day 4: same as day 3 but after 5 hours of sleep Day 5: more energy and all done but felt down few times during last 3-4 exercises. Feel that tomorrow will be sick ☠ One like = one more day on this challenge:)
Dude, please don't do this workout every day. First of all this is very bad for your muscles, and second of all you will see less gains while doing double the work. This is because your muscles need 48 hours to recover after an intense workout (like this one). If you continue to do this every day you could get injured bro. The effort is there, but just do it every other day. Good luck 💪
Mateo Babaramo I’m not quite sure. Mine is acting up too. I only remembered that day 25 was Legs and shoulder (I think) 26 was a rest day Day 27 was legs 2 times with something else. Probably Abs. Day 28 was mostly arm exercises. Hope this helps a bit.
Progress!! When I started doing this workout in USP, I could not do all the exercises and I stopped over 10 times, now I can do all exercises and I only stopped twice, thanks Igor!
bro i also started it recently and i can't do archer push ups so what can i do for that and also did you also fail to do some reps in the last exercises and then completed the exercise with the help of your knee cause in the last exercises I'm completely exhausted and fail to complete with the correct form😔
@@swapnilkarmakar3299 keep pushing, when you can't do, just use your knees, but remember that exercise so that when you do this routine next time you push your self harder and not use knees in that particular exercise. You may use knees in the exercises which comes after the one which made you use the knees, and eventually you'll do the entire routine without the use of knees.

18 Days Completed Stopped due to injury I AM BACK after 8 months I will start over again and this time I am more motivated than ever. It has been a while I am gonna try this excersise again I am so fucking excited Day 1 : Completed ( felt like my eyes were about to pop out didnt complete all the sets cuz I am not strong enough yet ) Day 2 : .... Day 3 : .... Day 4 : Done ( still not strong enough do all sets )
Ash-Shahid Jumlail it is ok not to do all of the push ups at least you are trying it is hard at first but I promise if you do them every day you will get stronger . You should keep that in your mind.
I've done this workout for 2 weeks now. And I can see changements. However I didn't do the whole workout. As I said, I just began to do 30 pushups the first day because it was very hard for me to do more. The next day I did 40, then 45. After a while I did 50 pushups. The next day I did 55.. etc. Today I can do 70 different pushups very easily. The beginning was so damn hard, I needed more rest between repetitions. I'm very glad of what I have become. And it's been only 2 weeks, I can still improve.
But these days I wasn't improving. I needed rest, so guys, I think you should do this workout 1/2 day. And the results are the same. I Know that sounds crazy but in 2 weeks my body was a little better to see. Also I ate a lot. I am not English though. Sorry for the mistakes.
Day #26 on USP : -I've noticed a big difference in my Shape even without watching my sleep schedule and food. i've gained muscles and I've enough muscular mass to enhance my control over over my moves, hence enhancing the form of my reps. I'm a bit better cardio wise even if I'm always dead after full body workouts. Never give up guys, I could barely move my right shoulder due ti an accident and now you can't say which shoulder was injured. Never stop 💪🏻 holy shit I motivated myself by writing this message LOL

Holy stress, Batman! Today was my 28th consecutive day and for the first time, I was able to do it 100% like Igor. I started at 50% knees, progressed through 40%, then 30%. And today I was feeling strong on the first set so I thought I'd see if I could do them all without knees. Normally, I don't even try on the circles and the archers (sometimes on the explosives); just do those all on knees. This time, I thought, why not? And I am in shock! I can't believe I did it. I'll probably have to go back to 50% knees tomorrow. But I'm sharing this to encourage folks who think they can't do it perfect or for 30 consecutive days. That is ALL mental. Do as much as you can and you'll be surprised how much more you can actually do. Go for it!!!

Hello guys. I work out regularly and I've tried something similar to this. 30 days of 30 Pull ups 30 push ups and 5/6 of exercises for back and arms ( It all only took 10-15 mins, first thing i did in the morning ) Only diff is you're bit more(20-30%) defined and can do more than you could on the first day and also your body gets used to working out every day . But your gains are much less if you work out every day compared to working out properly with rest . Speaking all of this from personal experience

I'm 50 and fit... have tried it all over the last 30 years to stay fit with OK results but never cracking the 6 pack code. This damn routine had the most transformative effect I've ever seen in 30 days. Must spike the heck out of my poor dwindling Testosterone supplies :) I need to work on those damn archer press-ups... they are a bit beyond me, but this guy keeps me trying. Good job Igor.

A very important tip if you wanna stay fit n fine plz dont ignore::::----- This workout is really uncomfortable for ur wrists because when u do push ups for long time ur wrists compressed hard. It can cause a really painful condition in ur wrists. I already gone through from this painful condition. If u have strong wrists u can do this workout carelessly but if u have weak or u have pain in ur wrists dont do this workout. Instead of palm push ups u can do knuckle push ups. These push ups help u to strengthen ur wrists. And also protect ur wrist. Also make ur workout 2x harder and will work 2x on ur muscles. Thank you.. Stay fit and fine broz ✌️🤘

If you struggle, do the diamonds and archers on your knees. Make sure to get 10 reps though. This is TOUGH I’m at 3.2 weeks and those archers are killing me! Still doing those on my knees. Almost there!

1st day did 110 2nd day 98 3rd 107 4th day 125 pushups ( i took 10 seconds extra for rest everytime ) I'm repeating this workout but without timer this time I'll keep you guys updated 5th day 101 pushups ( tired today ) No changes in body as of now 6th day - 130 pushups ( got vaccinated hehe) 15th day - 180 push-ups increase in muscle mass minor changes in body will increase duration and sets to get more results in the upcoming 15 days
It’s at the beginning. Happily watch an adto support this bro. This workout is killer. Coming from someone who routinely can do 500-600 push-ups in 40 minutes. This exercise is the real deal. My triceps hurt for 4 days after the first time I tried this.
You probably shouldn’t be doing them then. 🤣 Your shit is ganna get fucked up cause your body either can’t handle it, there’s certain muscle(s) that aren’t as trained for pike pushups, And everyone’s body is built different, but constant popping or what you just said ain’t worth fuckin your body up more.
DraGoScarF Gt 🤣 that dont matter. I’m guessing your 18. You can do them now of course, but pikes aren’t good for your shoulders or neck anyways especially if you do them wrong so once your older then you’ll end up with pain that doesn’t go away. I wouldn’t suggest to do them at all, but if your not hurting and know your doing it right then it’s okay to do lightly. I’m just saying based off the first guys comment and knowledge of the human body and being old enough to wish I woulda done my workouts slower and lighter. Working labor jobs kinda fucked me slightly, but altogether that shit adds up. I end up with shoulder, neck and back problems at 26 cause I shoulda went lighter, slower, and more consistently from lifting and work. Do you see what I’m saying?
Keep it up guys! I’m on week three only my 12th workout. It finally got easier on the fourth. I did 5 days on. Next week I did 4 because my wife come home to visit after our separation, this week I’m on my third (Wednesday) in total I’ve done this 12 times followed by a short run and then dips til I fail. Yesterday I still used knees during two of them half way through I’d collapse. Idk what the difference is today but I finally did each and every set with no fail. The last 30 second push felt to easy. Only thing I take I a one a day supplement and have had very clean meals today as well. Avocado and bengals for breakfast and carrots and salad for dinner. Who’d ever guess haha

Just done this workout, dammm I was struggling to keep up near the end but managed to do all the push ups 10 times in 35 seconds.. that last slow negative push up though... dam I felt the burn and after the 35 seconds I collapsed on the floor 😂

Hello guys. I work out regularly and I've tried something similar to this. 30 days of
30 Pull ups
30 push ups and 5/6 of exercises for back and arms ( It all only took 10-15 mins, first thing i did in the morning )
Only diff is you're bit more(20-30%) defined and can do more than you could on the first day and also your body gets used to working out every day . But your gains are much less if you work out every day compared to working out properly with rest . Speaking all of this from personal experience
My physical image is the only thing I’m self conscious about. I’m tired of ppl making jokes about how skinny I am. I can’t really say “day 1 complete” since I couldn’t even finish half of this, but it will be a stepping stone
Just dont quit, dont listen to others. Your biggest and most important motivation should be yourself. Keep grinding

I'm 50 and fit... have tried it all over the last 30 years to stay fit with OK results but never cracking the 6 pack code. This damn routine had the most transformative effect I've ever seen in 30 days. Must spike the heck out of my poor dwindling Testosterone supplies :) I need to work on those damn archer press-ups... they are a bit beyond me, but this guy keeps me trying. Good job Igor.

A very important tip if you wanna stay fit n fine plz dont ignore::::-----
This workout is really uncomfortable for ur wrists because when u do push ups for long time ur wrists compressed hard. It can cause a really painful condition in ur wrists. I already gone through from this painful condition. If u have strong wrists u can do this workout carelessly but if u have weak or u have pain in ur wrists dont do this workout. Instead of palm push ups u can do knuckle push ups. These push ups help u to strengthen ur wrists. And also protect ur wrist. Also make ur workout 2x harder and will work 2x on ur muscles.

I injured my wrists doing palm push ups. Push up bar helped me with my problem. Now I'm back to palm push up with stronger wrists.

If you struggle, do the diamonds and archers on your knees. Make sure to get 10 reps though. This is TOUGH

when i get 7 or 8 reps i pause a bit to complete the other 2 i think inn every excercise you should get 10-12 reps

It’s interesting how the exercises that I thought were easy in to he beginning are actually really tough when I try to match his technique. Those explosive push-ups are really hard when you catch halfway down instead of catching on the top.

my neck made a ( tuck) sound when I was tired while making pike push ups and it really hirts

You probably shouldn’t be doing them then. 🤣 Your shit is ganna get fucked up cause your body either can’t handle it, there’s certain muscle(s) that aren’t as trained for pike pushups, And everyone’s body is built different, but constant popping or what you just said ain’t worth fuckin your body up more.

DraGoScarF Gt 🤣 that dont matter. I’m guessing your 18. You can do them now of course, but pikes aren’t good for your shoulders or neck anyways especially if you do them wrong so once your older then you’ll end up with pain that doesn’t go away. I wouldn’t suggest to do them at all, but if your not hurting and know your doing it right then it’s okay to do lightly. I’m just saying based off the first guys comment and knowledge of the human body and being old enough to wish I woulda done my workouts slower and lighter. Working labor jobs kinda fucked me slightly, but altogether that shit adds up. I end up with shoulder, neck and back problems at 26 cause I shoulda went lighter, slower, and more consistently from lifting and work. Do you see what I’m saying?
Keep it up guys! I’m on week three only my 12th workout. It finally got easier on the fourth. I did 5 days on. Next week I did 4 because my wife come home to visit after our separation, this week I’m on my third (Wednesday) in total I’ve done this 12 times followed by a short run and then dips til I fail. Yesterday I still used knees during two of them half way through I’d collapse. Idk what the difference is today but I finally did each and every set with no fail. The last 30 second push felt to easy. Only thing I take I a one a day supplement and have had very clean meals today as well. Avocado and bengals for breakfast and carrots and salad for dinner. Who’d ever guess haha

Just done this workout, dammm I was struggling to keep up near the end but managed to do all the push ups 10 times in 35 seconds.. that last slow negative push up though... dam I felt the burn and after the 35 seconds I collapsed on the floor 😂
