Medicines may be required depending on the cause. Ensure proper burping after feeds and head end elevation (above waist) while putting the baby on the bed. This will help in reducing the cough if it's due to regurgitation.
Dr. My baby girl is 47 days old today. For the previous 7 days she was vomiting on subsequent days at night especially after feeding. But only one time. But yesterday her vomit was slightly yellow in colour. She has gas issues. Urine and motion was normal. Doesnt have any other issues. Should i worry about the yellow colour.

Hi Doctor My baby girl is 42 days old. For the past 2 days she is sleeping 7 hours straight during night. If I didn't interrupt her sleep , I guess she will sleep more than 7 hours. Is that safe to practice this long hour sleep at this stage. But, she doesn't sleep much during day. Hardly 10 min nap during day .and also frequently drinking milk during day time. Could you please advise on this.
Check her weight to ensure she is feeding adequately. At this age demand feeding is good enough. However, 7 hours gap may be too loog. Try feeding at least once in between.

എന്റെ മകൾക്കു 4 മാസം പ്രായമുണ്ട്. പകൽ സമയം ഉറക്കം വരുന്നതിനുമുൻപ് അവൾ കരയും. ഉറങ്ങി എഴുന്നേറ്റാൽ 10 or 15 മിനിറ്റ് കരയാതെ കിടക്കും. അതുകഴിഞ്ഞു വീണ്ടും കരയും. കളിപ്പാട്ടം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കളിപ്പിച്ചാലും കുറച്ചു സമയം കളിക്കും. ഉറക്കെ കരയുമ്പോൾ കാൽവിരലുകൾ ശക്തിയായി മടക്കി പിടിച്ചാണ് കരയുന്നെ. പകൽ സമയം ആക്റ്റീവ് ആയി കളിക്കുന്ന ടൈം കുറവാണു. ചിരിച്ചോണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് പെട്ടെന്ന് നിലവിളിക്കും പോലെ കരയുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് വൈകിട്ട് 6 മുതൽ10 വരെ തുടർച്ച ആയി കരയുന്നു. ഇതിനിടയിൽ കുറച്ച് സമയം കരഞ്ഞു തളർന്നു ഒരു 10 മിനിറ്റ് ഉറങ്ങുന്നു.ഉണർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന സമയം ആക്റ്റീവ് ആയിട്ട് കളിക്കുന്നത് കുറവാണു. എപ്പോഴും കരച്ചിൽ ആണ്. ഇത് നോർമൽ ആണോ ഡോക്ടർ.
Colic പോലെ തോന്നുന്നു. ഡോക്ടറെ നേരിട്ട് കാണിക്കൂ
