As strange as it seems, Dr Awan was not aware of the 22 points or the current Constitution (with minor changes) thay we want implemented in Pakistan. Despite that, he chose to oppose Sharia law. I mean, one should never make an epistemological claim based on lack of awareness!
One more debate we need is why the countries which are liberal are more tolerant & developed than the conservative/religious countries which are highly intolerant, more authoritarian, and poorly developed?
Saudia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Malaysia are poorly developed? The highest rate of murders, rapes, robberies are found in secular countries. Just recently we came to know a Muslim boy was stabbed 26 times to death because he was a Muslim, a white terrorist killed more than 50 Muslims in New Zealand. Uk is becoming a hub of Islamophobia. Norway, Denmark, Mexico are one of the most intolerant countries out there. Stop living under a rock. America and other European countries committing genocides in Congo, Sudan, Palestine and many other countries for mineral resources, you forgot more than a million killed in Iraq and Afghanistan, and you come here advocating about how tolerant they are. @@RegnarLothbrok2222

Qhy don't you say that those 22 points do not contain even the definition of a Muslim, because all the mullas and firqas didn't agreed to any single definition of a Muslim.......

@@shehryarbaloch2651 Just to correct you, all the "mullahs" do agree upon one definition of a Muslim, but what they don't agree on(aside from the 5 basic pillars) are how and what the priority should be while giving that definition.
Secondly how to keep a proper check and balance on the Islamic scholars that teach Islam to the Muslim majority. If they are kept in proper check and balance(which the sharia commands the Muslims to do, and I am pretty sure that those are the changes Qaisar Ahmed Raja wants), then there will be a proper system in Pakistan or anywhere where it is implemented.

Try to change their religion through bribing and deception

Where i see seculars are the ones who are actually destroying muslim countries culture

Not saying muslims are good and jolly and never commited problems but if you are a secular then apna ghar dekhlo, humare ghar se hazzar guna bura hai

@@bluecheetah666 Yeah, most of them are suffering because of secular America and the West. They impose sanctions and bomb Muslim countries. Then these people resist because Islam gives them the idea of Jihad.
Don't try to come here and start preaching to us. Iraq was functioning incredibly regardless of the US sanctions. But then they invaded Iraq and killed 1 million people. Destroyed infrastructure and ruined the country. They did the same to Libya.
