    ## DUMBBELL SHOULDER WORKOUT:
    1) LATERAL RAISES 4X10
    2) FRONT RAISES 4X10
    3) INCLINE BENCH REVERSE FLYES 4X10
    4) OVERHEAD PRESS ALTERNATING
    5) STANDING CABLE FLYES TOGETHER

      personally I think needs more volume. Like another pressing move. Also those rear raises are weak as hell. elbow needs to go behind back more. Facepulls or reverse pec deck could be added to better pump then.

      Justin Stephens obviously not, but it’s pointless to workout everyday with only shoulder workouts. You only need to do a few exercises twice a week to stimulate one major body group.
