yep all truths have to be figured out for yourself. if not your just blindly following someone else. there is something but it's not what people think it is. and it doesn't work how people think it does. religion is nothing more than a desperate crutch for people who aren't mentally capable of evolving on their own. I will end with this though. everything has its purpose and is there for a reason.
I believe there is a creator but this whole ''faith'' thing is just brainwashing. What makes you think your ''God'' is more real than the other thousands? Don't you think those thousands of other religions had their own reason to believe their faith was the right one?
Black Philosophy You have a point. Alot of people that say "God isn't real" have not read the bible. I think alot of people who say "God isn't real" are afraid to read the bible because it might put a halt on there hedonist lifestyles. But I have read the bible, and I do not believe in the bible. I do however believe in "God", just in a different sense than the bible (that's why I put quotes). I do believe in living according to the moral value which has been hard drived into us and if the bible is what helps you stay on that path, then respect to you brotha.
Black Philosophy This is actually completely wrong. The Earth's orbit around the sun is elliptical. Meaning the distance changes by much more than a mile both when it gets closer and moves further away. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f0/Seasons1.svg/2000px-Seasons1.svg.png As you can see the distance between the sun and the Earth during January and July is 5 MILLION miles different. One mile woud have no effect.
***** Yea the bible was written by man but so is the history and science books. You'd have a scientist come up with a theory and have evidence supporting said theory. Then like 80 years later there might be another scientist that found new evidence disproving the first scientist's theory. Also, we have to take into consideration there might be two theories on one subject matter or there might be scientists who fake the results all together. All I'm saying is regardless of what we choose to believe we all believe in a book that's written by man.
It's amazing to me how a good portion of group of people that deny the existence of God can be as close-minded and rigid as the religious people they malign. I'm a Christian but I also understand that it's important to respect and acknowledge other people's viewpoints and belief systems. If you don't believe in God, you aren't my enemy. We can have a conversation. We can even disagree. The most important thing at the end of the day is respect. Food for thought, you do the dishes.
Liam. First and foremost people are afraid of death. Its a tough concept. Religion attempts to give you an answer for a question that none of us know the answer too. Some reassurance. Beyond that though I think its a lot to do with tradition. Your Grandma went to church, your mom did, they took you. If you've been exposed to it your entire life growing up it gets drilled into you.
I swear to GOD I crack a smile every time Hopsin has one of those deep talks about life. Dude just gets too excited and goes off, no-filter and it's awesome.
some people use religion as a answer to life after death. albert Einstein supported that after death we are eternal energies that never stop moving. although you might not trust any religion, you must be wise and understand that you do have a soul and a energy in you. as people still dont have a answer to this phenomenon, they used religion as an answer. remember religion was made by humans to control and colonize individuals, not to Reveal their spiritual and true self and have that understanding. what do you *THINK*
Very very impressed with Hopsin's intellect and viewpoint, as well as his (rap) writing and super creative/super funky delivery. Bravo, Hopsin. Thanks for everything you're doing. And very well done by the interviewer, staying out of Hopsin's way while he articulates his answers. Fantastic video all around. Thanks so much for posting.
Yes black Christians are to busy "forgiving their oppressors" and waiting for heaven while others live in heaven on earth. Religion is a joke I was religious now I'm free. It's easier to be religious u don't have to think critically you're morals don't have to develop. U follow a rule book, u don't have to become a Man U have a template saying what to do. if if God is real he/she/ it must laugh while we argue over which man made book contains God. Smh confirmation bias is dangerous.
+TheGamingTactical what kinda Christian talks like that?😂This what Jesus teach you to do ? To tell other people they going to hell? GET THE ENTIRE FUCK OUTTA BOY YOU DONT KNOW SHIT .
+TheGamingTactical If you consider yourself a Christian you should know better and realize that the way you're talking to that other user is wrong and disrespectful. The Bible doesn't condone that kind of talk (Ephesians 4:29). Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean you gotta insult them.
This guy is awesome. I personally think that Belief is an excuse for not knowing. If there is a God, I want to know it exists; not simply believe. And with my current brain power & perception, that's like measuring the ocean with a foot scale. No one's beliefs are original. Religion is a cultural thing. It seems like one's beliefs are usually influenced by the environment in which they grow up in. Sure, people do convert but this is how it usually turns out: if you're raised in a Muslim environment, you'd likely believe in Islam. If you were raised in a Christian or Catholic environment, you'd likely believe in the Bible. (I'm aware that Muslims also acknowledge that the Bible is accurate) If you were raised in a Hindu environment, you'd likely believe in however many Gods or Goddesses out of 330 Million or you could just make up your own. What if you were born during Ancient Greek times? You'd probably believe in Zeus, Poseidon, Athena, Apollo, etc. I'd like to end this by saying that I want to believe that there is more than what we as humans can perceive but I simply do not know so for now, all I can do is seek knowledge & truth without assumptions. Otherwise, I'll only be searching to confirm any beliefs or assumptions that I hold about reality. What I know, I know & what I don't know, I don't know. It's that simple.
+Alex Monro You have a point. There are exceptions for sure but usually, people believe in the God(s) of their parents. I'm a former Theist & the closest thing I have to a belief in God is Deism & even then, it's only an idea to me & nothing more. At the end of the day, I'm a humanist & I actively live my life as if there was no God. Religion is a cultural thing & I actually enjoy studying & learning about different beliefs & ideologies. As long as you're not killing or hurting people & such, just pick the one you like the most & enjoy it. Believe in whatever deity you want. Some might disagree with that idea because their religion teaches them that blasphemy is a thing but think of it this way: According to some estimates, there are roughly 4,200 religions in the world today & even more than that have existed throughout history. Which ideology is the "True" word of God? One could provide examples of personal experiences but it's all subjective. All religions can't be right but they can all be wrong. I personally think it's all made up though. If there is a Creator, he's beyond our perception & I use the word "if" very lightly.
+Alex Monro It's cool bro. Go for it. A belief in God is harmless. I may not agree with your beliefs but I believe that you have the right to believe whatever you want along with everyone else. That's what freedom of religion is all about. By the way, Happy Holidays.
It would be hard to believe that "there is no God" when you see all that is around you, BUT... I refuse to accept anyone's definition of God, because mankind don't know SHIT about God. Religion is ignorance. Let's just all agree that none of us know the secrets to the universe. And if you DID know the secrets to life, would life be worth living?
If a Christian loses his religious beliefs, they were never really a Christian in the first place. They were simply lying to themselves. The same things goes for any other religion. Even atheism... if an atheist becomes religious, he was never TRULY an atheist.
+kenny12321 Never bought into this Jesus thing. From at least the age of 8 it was strange, praying to some "being" that I never saw, heard, smelled, touched. Also, the bible is hilarious. It's great to read it as literature, a novel and not to be taken as literal.
Kind of weird posting this now. Sometimes, God allows us to go through life to experience the gifts He has given...and come to realize even though you have the skills to do something, if it wasn't for circumstances being the way they were, you would either not be alive to be where you are...or not have the proper discernment for things. Many people in life probably had potential to be something great, but maybe died unexpectedly or experienced something that dictated their choices in life that lead them astray from their potential. Not to make it all about potential...sometimes, God wants us where we are so we find out more about who we are in the great scheme of things. Maybe God is using this to bring you closer to who He is. My hope is that you don't give up on Him because ill-prepared Christians like ourselves don't quite know how to respond when you ask questions. And don't let our bad actions, though you be justified in calling us out on it, deter you from seeking Jesus.
Brandon Taylor The best part of Hopsin's epiphany was in this interview when he said, as he was investigating Christianity, Islam, what have you, he thought "these are just different gangs like the bloods, or the crypts...". I loved that. He's right. Every religion on earth claims exclusive truth and they all believe essentially the same thing. It's just tribal. That is the best explanation. Some beliefs make a little more sense then others, and some aren't quite as hostile and violent as others, but at their core, the belief systems between ideology's is basically the exact same. The details vary but the big picture is the same. So doesn't the fact that humans just created different ideologies throughout their evolution make perfect sense to you? Who is to say that the jihadist who believes in Islamic doctrine to his core, enough to die for it, is any different then the Christian who believes in Christ so strongly that they are willing to die for it? Who sets the standard for what is more likely true? Humans do. Different cultures determine how they want to sway "truth". But it is all totally subjective. There is no way to prove one over the other. Different groups just have different books.
Brandon Taylor It's all bullshit and you're a dam fool if you truly think that there is a God, You're too afraid to search the real answers of life which are right in front of you, take awhile to soak that last part in.
True Christianity is not a religion, it's a relationship with God the Father through belief in His Son who He Himself sent and raised from the dead overcoming death and saving you and me from the this dying world. Ask Jesus He is more than capable of proving Himself. Love and good Hope to all. PEACE
Anything that involves worshipping a god and living by a sacred text IS a religion. I don’t get it when y’all call it a “relationship” y’all sound like y’all are trying too hard to sound unique.
This is a very smart dude, and brave. It's extremely difficult for a black man to come out as questioning religion and whether god exists or not. Religion is so ingrained in us.
he was a "hardcore Christian" just three years ago? Homie is still finding himself and trying to grow, that's cool. Obviously organized religion has become hella corrupt and phony but who needs them to know God?
***** The creator, I see this huge mathematical universe and can't believe it all came from nothing. Anyone who says they know for sure there isn't a God is just a dumb ass.
Jay K. Look up the percentage of people will an average IQ who believe in God. The look at the percentage of the top intellectuals on the planet who believe in God. then you will realise you are wrong. Or even better, read/watch some Richard Dawkins & Christopher Hitchens
As someone who wasnt indoctrinated,I love listening to people who found their way out of religion. Religions offer an answer for everything that makes them virtually inescapable if indoctrination is strong enough from an early enough age. It's cool to see the lightbulb turn on though.
I'm a Christian.... and I must say it's not about tradition or religion but relationship with God and he will reveal himself to you as he sees fit.... through holy spirit and if u don't have holy spirit then it will be your conscious... through other people.... through circumstance.... for me God speaks to me through other people and in visions.... this thing is so real.... but so many false teachers and false profits that make people question it.... but I understand..... God bless and I pray you find truth....
its called the process of elimination. this is how you pinpoint the best religion for yourself. God gave us intellect to sift through all falsehood and come to one conclusion.
I have a religion still, but I'm not a religious person. But, I am spiritualistic, and even if I did denounce my religion, I'd still believe in God, if that makes sense. Basically, I'm a non-practicing Christian, like a lot of Jews are still Jewish but don't actively practice it every day of their lives or go to synagogue. (if anyone asks, I'm a Christian)
You can't do that, actually. The tenets of Abrahamic religion don't allow humans to possess agency over divine mandate. God dictates policy, and humans carry it out; they have the freedom to obey or disobey, but nothing else. Humans can't negotiate the terms and conditions of scriptural law. Believing in YHWH/Jehovah/Allah doesn't matter if you don't follow the rules; you have to do both. It's the effect of modernization and pluralism diluting what are essentially primitive, monist theocratic cultures: people want to believe in God, but they have to retroactively soften him up first so they feel okay with it. But YHWH is a totalitarian desert god of war with Draconian legal structures and he doesn't permit humans to have a say in their governance.
+Theomite I acknowledge and follow the teachings of God thru Christ, so by definition, I am a Christian. However one need not be religious to follow his teachings as his teachings are pretty basic human decency. I don't live my life by the Bible however because I don't need to. just as you have non religious Jews who are still Jewish whether it be by law, or because they may follow some things in the Talmud or what have you. however in many cases, there exists Jews who don't go to synagogue every Saturday and aren't Orthodox but still believe in God. also Judaism, over time, has updated for the present, in a sense as they acknowledged Draconian laws present and such.
thedragumox3 Right, they exist, but technically, they still don't have the right to select which rules they follow and don't. According to Scripture, YHWH is perfect, so whatever laws he laid down millennia ago in the Torah can't be changed, because by extension those laws are perfect as well. To alter them is to innovate, or to presume that humans exist on the same level as God and can therefore affect policy. Technically, that's blasphemy and, if I'm not mistaken, a capital offense. So the only way to worship YHWH properly is exactly the way it was done from the last time he spoke or commanded humans in the last chronological book of the Torah; after that, no other additions occurred so no changes could be made. Now, if you're a Christian, then you can incorporate the New Testament as well. If you were a Muslim, you incorporate the additions in the Qu'ran. But any new things stop on the last page and nothing can be altered or changed after that because only divine word can have any effect. Human words have no executive properties in Abrahamic religions.
Real Christians don't drink, smoke, fornicate, etc. and If the Gospel is hid.. it is hid to those that are lost. I'm praying for those that are confused and lost.
Porsha Love i am working to overcome sexual immorality so by you're definition im not a christian? i would like to say that a christian is on who loves jesus and does their best not to be stuck in sinm
SkyGamerGames Well brother, John 14:15 says, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." Meaning that if you really love the Lord, you will keep His commandments. I'm not saying that you have to be quote on quote "perfect".. but I am saying, with the help of the Lord and the Holy Spirit, that it is possible to live in His will. I have been successfully abstaining from sexual immorality for 5 years. God is able to keep you! No excuses..
Porsha Love this is true but he is referring to being "baptized in christ" this typically only happens when people become old men and have little to live for outside of God
This is the reason I am agnostic. I do believe in good morals though, but I do things that are considered sins like having premarital sex and whatnot. I support the right to be homosexual (though I am not homosexual myself), and that includes gay marriage. So, if God is real, I guess I'm going to hell. Lol.
Just Some Guy On The Internet No you're not going to hell. Hell doesn't exist and couldn't exist because it doesn't make any sense AND it's completely immoral! Premarital sex is not a sin. You'll be aiight lol
nmryda I don't need anyone who has no knowledge of the afterlife telling me whether or not it exists. I respect your right to believe what you want, but don't try proving what you can't. And no, its nothing against atheists. I say that to religious folk too. Don't force your beliefs on me. If you understand with "agnostic" is, then you understand my response. That being said, I was just making a joke. It was not meant to be taken seriously.
Just Some Guy On The Internet It has nothing to do with "forcing my beliefs"; it's called logic. There is no evidence such a thing exists so it is literally illogical to believe such a thing exists.
nmryda That's not logic. That's ignorance. Here's a quote to remember. *The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence*. You feel me? Just because there is no evidence here on Earth that an afterlife exists doesn't mean it doesn't exist. We as human are discovering new things every day. You honestly think we know everything there is to know? Why do you think NASA keeps researching space? We're discovering new species on this planet alone when we've been here for how long now? Shit, we barely know much about the deep ocean here on Earth. You're trying to tell me that disbelief in the afterlife is just "logic"? Stop it. Now, I'm not trying to get into an argument about this. You believe what you believe, but again, I don't need anyone with no knowledge of the afterlife telling me whether or not it exists. Especially when we, as humans, still don't know a lot of shit.
greenlivewell That isn't what relego means It means: "respect for what is sacred, reverence for the gods; conscientiousness, sense of right, moral obligation; fear of the gods; divine service, religious observance; a religion, a faith, a mode of worship, cult; sanctity, holiness," www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=religion Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to get your facts from Instagram meme pictures
if god were real he wouldnt make his own religion completely unreliable and unsupported and people make up stupid things all the time as well as believe stupid things.
I'm a Christian, but I don't go to church and I haven't read the bible, but I don't say God's name in vein and I say my prayers at night. My belief in Christianity is different! I think preachers lie and the bible is man made. I believe in God but Christianity is such an unthought, organized religion. I'm not an atheist nor Satanist. IM A FREE CHRISTIAN
Believing and following is a journey and being hardcore anything is extreme if you really are reading the Bible and have a personal relationship with God you would know that you should live with a balance. Many are called few are chosen (to accept the challenge and be encouraged to live a sanctified, honest, and giving life.
The richer you get, the more you will feel you are a God yourself...You don't need God no more. You have what you got. If you are poor again, you will go ask for God. You are you, you live like a lion and that's what you feel now.
I am commenting on this case in specific. You can't generalize one rule to apply to all. That would be a stereotype. When you become rich and everyone loves you as fans, it is more likely you become conceited. I will tell you in specific what happened here. Hobsin is a smart guy. You might have listened to ill Mind 7 where he looks lost n the desert not sure what to believe or not...he says in the video that "many religions fit the description". He certainly did his research. That is obvious if you notice what he said in this video...he mentioned Christianity and Islam. Hobsin could have ended being Muslim reading the Quran. The Quran fit the description like the Bible. If you are introduced to Islam, you will end with two options, either you will revert to Islam or you will give up on religions. This is just my opinion. I might be wrong.Blessed be
Hicham Elmajdi Understood, just wanted to get your full perspective on it before I could agree or disagree. You could be right or wrong but there isn't enough to say that your opinion is invalid. Just one of a few possibilities.
Exactly. Agreeing or disagreeing will not make much difference at the end of the day. Each person lives with how their identity has evolved through time, their perception that might be polluted or not with blurry media and what they were told as right or wrong, beside their own experience... But hey, is not RUclips a great environment that enabled people from around the corner of the globe to share their opinion and learn from each other?? I actually understand what he is saying and his choice to deny his belief after being a believer. With the transhumanism, singularity, nanotechnology, biotechnology that are evolving, one never understand anything. "The system is twisted" :?
Regardless of the name of the video :"Denial of Religion", which means he is atheist, yes I watched the whole video. But if you watch his videos like ill mind 7, which is a bad influence of those lost souls or teenage religious guys, he already shows the denial. You can just read this last part of his song: My life’s all I got, and heaven is all in my brain And when I feel I am in hell, my ideas are what get me through pain Do as you please, and I’ll just do me Needless to say, this does not mean he is a bad guy. I like the guy. He seems very nice good smart dude. I enjoy listening to his songs and I wish him more success.
Dear Hopsin: As a fan you seams too focused on the actions of what other people are doing than what God is trying to do in you. If God doesn't exist then so be it. My question for you is...Why do you keep on coming back to the God thing? The circumstances around you should not affect your view on the things God is trying to show you. My advice is. Be Still. Be silent and listen. People will always be people. Just notice. The people that do bad things and still go to church have come to the realization that they need God. Why else would they come back to church? Some think that by going to church then they will be clean. That's not how it works. A sense of a CLEAR self realization within you means everything. Regardless on what everyone else is doing, it beats going to church.
I respect Hospin.... love that he questions things.... I get what he's saying, .... like I loss 100 lbs.... my mindset had to be determined to lose those pounds... I did that... I busted my ass when I didn't want to get out of bed because of my depression... I am also handicap so it was extra hard to exercise like most.....but I push through... even tho I believe in God, I also am blessed for having a year to lose those pounds, the strength to persevere ...but like Hospin said, my mind did that.... then again I was created this way.... good shit Hospin
The basic idea of God is something that is eternal and infinite. Without beginning/end. if the universe came from such a being then the universe is indeed God as God is the universe. Karma, the law of attraction, divine compensation, if you believe those things then you believe the universe is mental...and I'm not just talking about outer space. You guys see where I'm going with this?
Fibonacci in order for a being to be omnipotent, or omni anything, is for it to be eternal/infinite. It can't be bound by the laws of temporal nature, for it is a constant and is unlimited. Nothing in the temporal world is unlimited. What you said still plays into my point. And I'm not changing anything, I don't have to. I've studied this for quite some time now. Besides, what you think about Karma isn't the issue. I never really stated my personal beliefs. I can go on this all day, but my original point wasn't about the nature of God, but the difference between faith and mere religion. If I love someone then I don't need a book or guidelines to tell me that. Religion has been used to manipulate and gain profit. But faith (love) does nothing but strengthen the heart and bonds we forge (I know I'm getting mushy) and that's the difference and that's not what's being taught hardly anymore
I, Killastrata You're just pulling all of that out your ass and it's completely bullshit..!! You have no idea about how the cosmos work and use anything you can to justify a God to your existence. The truth is none of us fully understand why we're here, we just have the shit luck of ending up on this huge rock in this huge ass galaxy, We're special in our own way just not how a made up God made us. God isn't real, our species is.
If u listen to any random part of this it sounds like he’s crazy. The whole thing though makes so much fucking sense, it’s truly a gift to be able to communicate what he just did. Proud to have had this dude as a huge influence while growing up. What an awesome dude
if you can understand that we and or earth is created, then you can't discount the creator which is your GOD as you will come or have come to know him. peace
Over 300 prophecies that predicted the coming of Jesus Christ. 11 out of the 12 disciples were martyred for their faith. Romans 1 also addresses that people will praise the creatures and creation rather than the creator. I was depressed and had terrible anxiety and I wasn't looking for God. I got fed up and said "if you're real show me." and a peace came over me and I have been changed forever. He is real and I challenge you to truly investigate, stop looking at hypocritical humans and look at Jesus. God bless you guys!
I'm actually upset reading the comments. People are asking retorical questions that the magisterium a answers. People want to say "Gods not real" when they don't even take the time to research. Most just google about religion instead of asking a priest or bishop if they have a question.
I believe people should have a choice to believe in what we believe in. alot of times individuals are born into a specific religion, without freely being able to choose.
jesus isn't real. he isn't the true messiah. Jesus is Cesare Borgia. Jesus was forced on blacks during slavery. The true messiah is a.k.a. Hebrew. description is in Revelations 1:14-15. Religion is man-made. And god isn't his name. God is a title.
I understand what he's saying but he's not very good at articulating his opinions. You can see through his body language and stuttering that he's holding back how he truly feels. He needs to be more confident in his opinions, that's the only thing that makes him look crazy. Seems like he still has a little bit of social anxiety.
My first time hearing about this dude. He's a solid young dude. Ain't heard his music yet, but I like his perspective. I really like this dude. He's an unaware Buddhist
Yeah and also no atheist person or scientist can ever explain demonic possession or exorcism in a logical matter there is nothing that you can tell me about that in a logical way bro.
this type of honesty is so taboo these days, truth is a lot of people have had these thoughts at some point or another....respect the brotha for using his brain whether people believe it or not...
The idea that information can help dictate your actions in a scenario for the best outcome does come with it's flaws. It's weakness is being misinformed. In the scenario of being held at gunpoint, one's misinformation could end up escalating the situations. Same with using RUclips to help one's music career many people do it but only a few are successful. To many aspects can effect the situation that make a difference.
niecee bella or it's because we are smart enough not to follow what anyone says or what they believe in without any valid or physical proof. And the bible is not proof of gods existence. It's man made and has been rewritten multiple times in the past.
Proving that the god of the Bible is real with the Bible is the same thing as proving Pinocchio is real with the story of Pinocchio. There's no arguing with them. They aren't using logic.
@ Bowzy Minnesoldier I have seen and experienced God and Jesus interacting with me yes........ Do you believe your life, body, family and the ground you walk on are a gift or something else? If you believe it is something else what do you think it is then?
+jayspitstruth Drizzy Drake(That's a given) J. Cole(His music speaks for itself) Logic(Spits real ish + a lil lyricism) Big Sean(He been tearin beats up) Hopisin ain't fuckin with no one I just named😂😂💯💯
+404040c just to think you took the time n energy to spit ur negativity my way with your pathetic lil comment shows who really needs the brain you pissy lil computer troll , I bet you lack in heart face to face too you grimy ungodly lil insignificant waste of space,..😕 now git!!
ive read the bible and ive prayed and i was raised a catholic and went to a catholic school and i believed him my whole but i kept praying and praying and nothing. if he was real he would not let people suffer. thousands of people suffer a day that pray to god and he does nothing... wake up people do your research
Nothing wrong with thinking that way. Thinking that way outside the box is why we have cell phones. We can literally talk to almost any other person on Earth through a plastic box of light... everything on Earth is connected so connecting things is the correct way of thinking.
A very unpopular mentality, especially from a rapper, but I have mad respect for it. Realize and exercise your own power. Religion is more a tool for morality than ability.
I believe in God, but I'm a free thinker. I was raised SDA, though, so I still believe Friday sunset to Saturday sunset is the "Sabbath". But I wouldn't say I'm religious, besides saying a prayer once in a while.
Edward Phillips Most of the people I came up with from church are cool and I'm still close to them. I wouldn't say it helped me do the right thing, but it made me make better decisions as a child.
Edward Phillips Yea, well, I've never been to jail, but that's because my mom was crazy and I was smart enough to not get caught for the things I did, lol.
I look at religions as a bunch of sports teams. Life is the start of the sports season and at the end of the season only one team can win the championship. So you pick your team, bet your life savings on them then try to get your family and friends to bet on your team too because you have faith that they're going to win. But no one really knows who is going to win until the season is over.
I like how Hopsin thinks and communicates. Became aware of him when someone sent me Ill Mind#7. I came to a different conclusion after probing but I respect him as an individual thinker.
at 7:20 you pretty much made a point and then broke your point down for the other side. Yes you are the Lamborghini than can think fast and manipulate your situations for what is best for you but who then created you to be able to do what you can do and how dare tpu take credit for somethimg without acknowledging the creator....same logic as the Lamborghini illustration. You seem like you just have to many questions going at once and if you would really seek the answer one by one you would have it.
777Edub I think he even realized that he actually made a point for the other side lol You can tell he's in sell out mode, knows the truth but wants "success"
No people are crazy for NOT questioning everything. Dumbed down society.
exactly
wait wut, Hopsin is 29 dude looks like he's 16 or something...
I would love to have a conversation with this guy. We would go on for hours. We think exactly alike, it's scary.
Same
I would also love to talk with him
yep all truths have to be figured out for yourself. if not your just blindly following someone else.
there is something but it's not what people think it is. and it doesn't work how people think it does.
religion is nothing more than a desperate crutch for people who aren't mentally capable of evolving on their own.
I will end with this though. everything has its purpose and is there for a reason.
same. just watched most of his interviews and feel almost everything he saying. not even that much of a fan but the titles caught my attention.
Looks like we all kinda think this way but are too suppressed by societies' morals to talk about things like this in such a way
I believe there is a creator but this whole ''faith'' thing is just brainwashing. What makes you think your ''God'' is more real than the other thousands? Don't you think those thousands of other religions had their own reason to believe their faith was the right one?
*their
They're*
*Brain-washing
Rite*
*reasons
Once you say "God isnt real" all religious people will say "What?! Read the bible!" but ...the bible is man ma- ....nvm
You're full of shit
Freedom IsHere Full of shit that the bible is man made?
Meaning the distance changes by much more than a mile both when it gets closer and moves further away.
upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f0/Seasons1.svg/2000px-Seasons1.svg.png
As you can see the distance between the sun and the Earth during January and July is 5 MILLION miles different.
Finally someone normal btw im an athiest
Hopsin talkin that real philosophical shit. TALK TO EM!!!
it legit fascinates me how people believe in religion.
***** i know what you're saying. although in general 'wanting to belong to something' is also odd to me. i just don't get it at all.
***** he did speak some sense in this i do agree. did laugh at the masturbation analogy....... lol
Batemanjunior they're just scared of dying so they want to believe a fake wonderful after life world
THE ONE satanic ideology that nonsense is all new age
the devil has blinded you
''merkabah'' LOL
Very wise young man to acknowledge he is still growing.
Hopsin ideals and thoughts are really down to earth and real.
I would also love to have a conversation with him
he isnt respected enough in my opinion
Our consciousness is just a chemical reaction in our brains so once we die it stops and we cees to exist
Tekhnology VII
Einstein also said blessed the Flying Spaghetti Monster too !!
Impressed? Lol
I am a black man and I love God, and I am not ashamed of it.
Marc Charles delusional people usually aren't ashamed since they don't know how far out they are.
Do not let go of God.
hopsin the type of nigga to tell a girl "I lost my number, can I borrow yours?"
only if dead people could come back alive....
I want to have a deep convo with him so bad
Yes black Christians are to busy "forgiving their oppressors" and waiting for heaven while others live in heaven on earth. Religion is a joke I was religious now I'm free. It's easier to be religious u don't have to think critically you're morals don't have to develop. U follow a rule book, u don't have to become a Man U have a template saying what to do. if if God is real he/she/ it must laugh while we argue over which man made book contains God. Smh confirmation bias is dangerous.
So called Black people are stuck in religion. The bible and all those so called "holy" books are propaganda. Black people don't understand propaganda.
I respect your opinion.
+001islandprincess some melaniod people....be careful with your claims...you have not met the many that do not....
Teh Architek Perfectly said.
+Alex Monro
You have a point.
+Alex Monro
It's cool bro. Go for it. A belief in God is harmless. I may not agree with your beliefs but I believe that you have the right to believe whatever you want along with everyone else. That's what freedom of religion is all about. By the way, Happy Holidays.
I feel like midway through this interview he wanted to say: "okay, lets start this interview over"
It would be hard to believe that "there is no God" when you see all that is around you, BUT...
+Alex F no true scottsman fallacy, google it.
+Alexander Bollbach true man lmao haha
a fallacy is not a story.
Why?
And don't let our bad actions, though you be justified in calling us out on it, deter you from seeking Jesus.
congrats to you Hopsin for opening up your third eye sense
Christianity is not a religion. Christ didn't come to establish a new religion but a new covenant
Brandon Taylor
It's all bullshit and you're a dam fool if you truly think that there is a God,
You're too afraid to search the real answers of life which are right in front of you, take awhile to soak that last part in.
Fake christ
how to start a war in the comment section feauring vlad
xD Part you caught that LOL
Learn about islam and im talkin about real islam not whats in the media
Alcohol is a personal problem, not God's problem.
True Christianity is not a religion, it's a relationship with God the Father through belief in His Son who He Himself sent and raised from the dead overcoming death and saving you and me from the this dying world. Ask Jesus He is more than capable of proving Himself. Love and good Hope to all. PEACE
I have a personal relationship with reality.
God sucks at forgiving if the only way he can forgive people is by sacrificing his son.
+Trill GOON Miss me with that athiest shit B
*****
The creator, I see this huge mathematical universe and can't believe it all came from nothing. Anyone who says they know for sure there isn't a God is just a dumb ass.
***** I never called you an atheist but I didn't see anything that made it clear that you believe there could be a God but ok.
Jay K. Look up the percentage of people will an average IQ who believe in God. The look at the percentage of the top intellectuals on the planet who believe in God. then you will realise you are wrong. Or even better, read/watch some Richard Dawkins & Christopher Hitchens
+Jamal Williams Intellectuals that deserve our respect. Great comment, sir.
As someone who wasnt indoctrinated,I love listening to people who found their way out of religion. Religions offer an answer for everything that makes them virtually inescapable if indoctrination is strong enough from an early enough age. It's cool to see the lightbulb turn on though.
The awakening process. First your mind then your body and soul.
even Jesus didn't like religion, Salvation > Religion.
God bless and I pray you find truth....
facts
There's also another definition for those experiences: schizophrenic delusions
Islam. doesn't. allow you to drink. .
at. all.
Hopsin is the reason I dont drink or smoke that shit is mad gay
tomlinson2182 how does smoking make someone a homosexual?
tomlinson2182 I’m a Rasta so you calling me gay
No... basing your life on how another man chooses to live HIS is mad gay.
its called the process of elimination. this is how you pinpoint the best religion for yourself.
(if anyone asks, I'm a Christian)
i just feel EXACTLY THE SAME
You can't do that, actually.
+Theomite Then why is it that God didn't write a book, but men did.
+Theomite I acknowledge and follow the teachings of God thru Christ, so by definition, I am a Christian. However one need not be religious to follow his teachings as his teachings are pretty basic human decency. I don't live my life by the Bible however because I don't need to. just as you have non religious Jews who are still Jewish whether it be by law, or because they may follow some things in the Talmud or what have you. however in many cases, there exists Jews who don't go to synagogue every Saturday and aren't Orthodox but still believe in God. also Judaism, over time, has updated for the present, in a sense as they acknowledged Draconian laws present and such.
thedragumox3
Right, they exist, but technically, they still don't have the right to select which rules they follow and don't.
All religious people are atheistic towards the thousands of other religions. Atheists just take it 1 step forward.
Big facts
Real Christians don't drink, smoke, fornicate, etc. and If the Gospel is hid.. it is hid to those that are lost. I'm praying for those that are confused and lost.
exactly!! it would be easy if all the answers were right in our faces so we gotta ''SEEK AND WE SHALL FIND''
Porsha Love and by that i mean the epistles of john say that
This is the reason I am agnostic.
Just Some Guy On The Internet man that's what I believe, everything u just said!
god didn't create religion's, the word religion deprived from the latin word relego which means to divide
You smart 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
#ManOfTheYear
greenlivewell god told you this?
+Catfish Shakespeare Nah B, this man told this to God.
greenlivewell Great comment
greenlivewell That isn't what relego means
It means: "respect for what is sacred, reverence for the gods; conscientiousness,
sense of right, moral obligation; fear of the gods; divine service,
religious observance; a religion, a faith, a mode of worship, cult;
sanctity, holiness,"
www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=religion
Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to get your facts from Instagram meme pictures
Hopsin gotta make a track with Greydon Square
True
or Reject da Illest
I think just like this and for me it led to a deep depression.
I could listen to Hopsin talk almost all day his perspective on things are really interesting.
You dont look to the world for an example of who god is. Hopsin started looking at man expecting to find god.
if god were real he wouldnt make his own religion completely unreliable and unsupported and people make up stupid things all the time as well as believe stupid things.
Christo Money
Yet you look at a book full of shit and mind control tactics against poorly educated people in this world, people like you are sick.
How can God be a man made concept, when God created the concept of man?
I'm a Christian, but I don't go to church and I haven't read the bible, but I don't say God's name in vein and I say my prayers at night. My belief in Christianity is different! I think preachers lie and the bible is man made. I believe in God but Christianity is such an unthought, organized religion. I'm not an atheist nor Satanist. IM A FREE CHRISTIAN
The Bible is the word of God. He spoke it to the physical composers.
this is where most people go wrong they get too deep into and over think it to where they begin to second guess themselves just keep it simple
Best interview I've ever seen by Vlad 💯
Believing and following is a journey and being hardcore anything is extreme if you really are reading the Bible and have a personal relationship with God you would know that you should live with a balance. Many are called few are chosen (to accept the challenge and be encouraged to live a sanctified, honest, and giving life.
I am not religious. I am spiritual. I am completely straightedge. Never drank nor smoked a day in my life. Hopsin is a quite woke brother.
what is wrong with his upper lip? LOL
Nothing
why does it keep disappearing into his gums then...
lol
Good on Vlad for exploring this topic. It's not often talked in the hip hop world.
The richer you get, the more you will feel you are a God yourself...You don't need God no more. You have what you got.
If you are poor again, you will go ask for God. You are you, you live like a lion and that's what you feel now.
Then why do poor people become atheists and agnostics?
You can just read this last part of his song:
My life’s all I got, and heaven is all in my brain
And when I feel I am in hell, my ideas are what get me through pain
Do as you please, and I’ll just do me
Needless to say, this does not mean he is a bad guy. I like the guy. He seems very nice good smart dude. I enjoy listening to his songs and I wish him more success.
"My brain did that. I did that. I DID THAT!."
Exactly right.
Following God and following just religion are pretty different
The universe, the spirit, everything
The basic idea of God is something that is eternal and infinite. Without beginning/end. if the universe came from such a being then the universe is indeed God as God is the universe. Karma, the law of attraction, divine compensation, if you believe those things then you believe the universe is mental...and I'm not just talking about outer space. You guys see where I'm going with this?
404040c how so?
I, Killastrata
You're just pulling all of that out your ass and it's completely bullshit..!!
"That's god doing this. NA DUDE I DID THAT I DID THAT" yess
Free will gods gift
i like this dude but he sounds confused
people sleep on this guy hes very logical amd speaks wisdom
ungreatful ive watched hopsin sense day one and God was behind blowing him up you will never have a better song than ill mind 5
That's one of the reasons why no one really cares about Hopsin anymore.
"There is no god, because what kind of God would purposely make me look like Skeeter Valentine?"
I'm actually upset reading the comments. People are asking retorical questions that the magisterium a answers. People want to say "Gods not real" when they don't even take the time to research. Most just google about religion instead of asking a priest or bishop if they have a question.
I believe people should have a choice to believe in what we believe in. alot of times individuals are born into a specific religion, without freely being able to choose.
yeeeees i love this guy he thinks just like me
jesus isn't real. he isn't the true messiah.
APPLY THE BIBLE TO YOUR LIFE .... MOST PEOPLE THAT DONT BELIEVE THERE IS GOD GAVE UP
Yeah and also no atheist person or scientist can ever explain demonic possession or exorcism in a logical matter there is nothing that you can tell me about that in a logical way bro.
this type of honesty is so taboo these days, truth is a lot of people have had these thoughts at some point or another....respect the brotha for using his brain whether people believe it or not...
all that God talk was hurting his career(or lack of one) so he needed to switch it uo and condemn it. i get it. hes still a sell out but i get it
How is he a sell out he doesn't drink or smoke anything and he doesn't worship the devil
To many aspects can effect the situation that make a difference.
i love this shit.
I did that, my brain did that, and this, my brain did. My brain.. my brain did this all, without Dr. Dre
All these people questioning Gods existence will see the truth hopefully not too late. Most of you don't believe because you like living in sin
niecee bella or it's because we are smart enough not to follow what anyone says or what they believe in without any valid or physical proof. And the bible is not proof of gods existence. It's man made and has been rewritten multiple times in the past.
Well Hopsin doesn’t smoke, drink or put shit in his body. I’m sure most people sin more then him.
Proving that the god of the Bible is real with the Bible is the same thing as proving Pinocchio is real with the story of Pinocchio. There's no arguing with them. They aren't using logic.
I respect your Opinion bro, but God is the creator of All Living things . you don't have to be Religious to believe there is a God .
He said he believe there's a god.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Rafael Wins By that definition then, this would mean that God is the sun am I correct?
T Cain No, Jesus is the Sun (son). Something else created the Sun.
+Precise-Lee that's such a confusing contradiction.
Best vid on the channel right here
A man that says there is no God is a fool.

ive read the bible and ive prayed and i was raised a catholic and went to a catholic school and i believed him my whole but i kept praying and praying and nothing. if he was real he would not let people suffer. thousands of people suffer a day that pray to god and he does nothing... wake up people do your research
good to see a young man that thinks outside of the box.
If Hopsin ran the rap game, the world would be a better place 😂
Nothing wrong with thinking that way. Thinking that way outside the box is why we have cell phones. We can literally talk to almost any other person on Earth through a plastic box of light... everything on Earth is connected so connecting things is the correct way of thinking.
The things you say don't sound crazy Hopsin. That shit makes sense.
Vlad should've been the interviewer
I look at religions as a bunch of sports teams. Life is the start of the sports season and at the end of the season only one team can win the championship. So you pick your team, bet your life savings on them then try to get your family and friends to bet on your team too because you have faith that they're going to win. But no one really knows who is going to win until the season is over.
This should be discussed more
The fool has said in his heart that there is no God...
Retta Birmingham yeah its sad but when that day comes they will know all to well there mistake...but unfortunately it will be to late...smh
777Edub Yes it will.
