I've done this program since Day 1 it launched August 1st 2022. I'm one of the strongest guys in the app, theres heaps of strong guys in there, and not only that my aerobic capacity has increased alot as well. Can't recommend this program enough! Thanks JB!
Great info. Please continue, I love your stuff and I really enjoy the newsletter. First newsletter without bs and plugs. thank you for your hard work to put great content out there
love your programs man solid mix of aero and lifting! Do have a question for you, some of your work outs call for Sled workouts. I dont have a sled and have full home gym in basement with carpet. Any substitude? I am using battle ropes with KBs for now. From one girl dad to another
Speaking of sticking with progams, I'm finishing up Functional Strength x Conditioning this week and wondering if I should run it again with changing movement variations (e.g. barbell box squat instead of kb box squat or kb cyclist squat instead of kb goblet squat, etc), and change out cyclical equipment for cardio pieces or switch to EVOLV. I've LOVED FSxC and def could get more out of it. Thanks, Jason! PS-Wasn't sure if I should ask this here, on TrainHeroic or in the FB group. My bad if not the place
I'm not sure I follow. I also don't know every program I've written off of the top of my head so not sure entirely what you're referring to. The best path though is always a training sub as the programming is the most up to date and you can get real-time support from expert coaches
@@jasonbrowncoaching my bad Jason, it’s Foundational Strength x Conditioning in TrainHeroic. Your beginner program. I ran it as re-entry into gym post-heart attack. I’ll re-ask the question in TrainHeroic. Thanks again
Do you have anyone on your programming that performs two full body and one upper and lower power day (a blend between the two for four training days, not including conditioning)?
I don't know if you are familar with Phil Daru but he uses something called condens conjugate which is something like: Day 1 heavy upper daynamic lower and day 2 the opposite. What are your thoughts on that?
The best time was yesterday. The second best time is today! I do run three week waves but you can jump in at any time. We have coaches in the app standing by to support you!

Amazing man, appreciate you chiming in! We appreciate having you as a coach in the app - you do a fantastic job supporting all of our athletes!

Appreciate that! Are you referring to programming in my app or elsewhere? Usually I provide alternatives that are relevant to the day of programming.

In the cxe program do you ever use weight releasers
I do not. You'd be hard pressed to find more than a few people that have access to those.

That’s the split for CXC 3X so if that’s what you wanted that would be a good route to go for 9 weeks but people on CXC follow as is.
Good stuff, very helpful information.
Glad it was helpful!

Sure am, I’m collaborating with Phil in August. Yup, I’ve played with that design and love it!
Is the program running on a cycle?
I want to know when will the best time be to join.
