How would you correct the punchline to soviet-accented english?
apparently, Russians can't pronounce W as well (Germans too). Hopefully someone can confirm this. I just quickly googled.
I was thinking the same thing just now. If they wanted to use the same accent they should have just said SS...I dont think you need to change the punchlines for the KGB...just use the appropriate accent. My guess is either they dont feel the difference...or they couldnt get the actors to pronounce russian Y right. It is an unusual sound.
