Really stunning to look at, its plain to see you’re enjoying yourself creating these 👍👏😀 as a photographer I mount my images with the mounting points lower on the piece so the hanging hardware is totally concealed, obviously it’s personal preference. When looking at some of the aerial shots you do of your tables there’s a real similarity to some of the Google earth images of river deltas and estuary’s from around the world, it’s easy to let the imagination wander and see things in these epoxy pieces, for me it’s all part of the appeal and fascination. Thanks for sharing what you do, it really is a visual treat👏👍😀
Epoxy is only limited by how a person envisions a project. The uses are endless, it just never gets old does it.
You are the first I've seen use wipe on poly. I love that stuff and find it seals so well. Wiping it on also just makes it easier and seams like less work.
Great video, I love how it turned out!
Nicely done. Heck of a shop you have there.
This is a beautiful display of talent! I’ve looked at a lot of wood/resin projects; and other than turnings, no one would think to finish the two sides in a different manner. I’m an architect and believe these are two of the best things I’ve seen yet. Your other projects are brilliant as well. I hope one day I can be in a place where I can have all of the tools to make something like this happen. The sliding table-saw is a marvelous machine for this use.
And thank you so much for adding a bit of commentary! I like knowing a bit of what you’re thinking in your process!
Thanks!
Great piece by the way. Reminds me of the sand and water art frames. You know when you flip it and everytime is a NEW pic. Really good work.
Very nice art wall.
It's look like coast !
Thanks for sharing, take care
Thank you and thanks for taking the time to comment :)
Absolutely beautifully done. I always look forward to seeing your videos. Thanks again for sharing!
Hi, how are you putting the frame together, just hotglue? - If I'm doing a bigger Tableplate, should I build a solid frame?
and does your working-table needs to be perfectly leveled before I poor the epoxy in? I love your work, well done!
I have lots of Video all the is stuff and links please take a look
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT WAS IT THAT U FRAME THE INTIRE PEICE SO THE EPOXY DIDN'T RUN OUT ?? WAS THAT PLASTC?? & WHERE CAN i BUY IT?? WHAT DO U CALL IT??
An amazing video
Woow. Ficou muito bonito. Uma verdadeira obra de arte 😊
Parabéns pelo projeto. ❤️
Beautiful work!
They look incredible.
Great job as allways, artwork looks beautiful however it is finished, love the idea of it being reversible 👍👍👍
Have you thought about adding some metal leaf, maybe copper or gold to add a further dimension to the finished piece?
I have ! still not got around to doing some tests .. when I do you will see then , Cheers :)
Another great video, what a true work of art.
Just crazy about this piece of art..amaziing
Terima kasih udah sharing karya yang indah
The Polypropolyne is how you made the mold I what do you use to connect them to form the mold
Hi what is the material your form is made of ?
Thank you for sharing with us AMAZING VIDEO VERY ENTERTAINING LOVE IT 👌
Another amazing piece of work. Can I ask where you are based and if you do any teaching?
Ludlow , no classes at the moment
Such a shame. But if ever you do, count me in.
Awesome work of art
Um belo trabalho.Martins-artes em PVC.Gravatá-Pernambuco ,Brasil.
Absolutely beautiful work... post more often please.
Would have been preferable to hide the hanging wire, by placing it a little lower down....nice job though, nice finish...
That’s is a option , I was going for the industrial look with all fixing on show. Hidden wire also look cool
Besides attaching the wire lower, make it shorter, too. That way it hangs flatter on the wall. I think it might also look nice with a strip light behind it if your colors are transparent enough. It would also look good with the wood at the bottom and a natural rough edge at the top. Lots of possibilities with this type of project.
Where did you get the side mounds from?
Beautiful Art. Just one question, How long it take glasscast 50 to cure and ready for sanding and polishing?
Full Cure is around 30/40 hours but I leave it at least 3 days after that for planning
@@ManorWood thank you so much for the information. 😊
Beautiful! Love it ❤️ 🔥
Looks awesome great project
Hi love the furniture you make top quality. Can you give me the link were you buy ur resin and dye from please
Thanks ,links in description , also have a lot more video like this all with links thanks
Especialy for wall-hung...any comments on a matte finish?
What is the material your wall art is resting on, that you attach the polypropylene to? Where can it be purchased?
polypropylene , just google it or easy composites have some
Very nice
In the the USA and wonder how I can get ahold of that type of wood. What is it called? Gorgeous piece!!
English yew
What material is being used for the bottom of this mold? Can someone please inform me? Thank you...
Exquisite. That's it....nothing else to add.
Very nice!!
I was wondering how you attach the walls of the poly sheet to the bottom sheet of poly. And once in place, do you use the release tape to tape all of the seams?
hot glue or tape sometime both ..
absolutely beautiful thanks for sharing
How well do you think these would hold up to UV and weather in general, I'm thinking window....
Glasscast should be 100% safe with UV , not sure about outside , but I am making an Outside table for my own place to test this next Summer :)
Good job 👍👌
Great video. What is the table that you were polishing on? (Had casters)

@@ManorWood Thanks!
Thanks for taking the time to make these videos👍 What is the haunting music you use at the end of your videos? Shazam does not recognise it🤔
haha its my own music - www.etsy.com/uk/ManorWood/listing/621945849/mw-designs-music-from-youtube?Copy&ListingManager&Share&.lmsm&share_time=1551167932134
I really like it👍
Another masterpiece 👍
Really beautiful ~
Have you ever got to the latter stages of the epoxy and thought 'bollicks' I don't like it? or is everything recoverable?
I can happen ! you can cut it away and sand and start again but its a lot of mess and work
Excellent work as always! When putting work through the spiral planer do you get chips taken out of the casting at all?
Cheers , Sometimes if the cutters are dull or the resin hasn't fully hardened
Beauty full
What did you put on the back? Glue to hold it down?
Beautiful, man, just beautiful 👍
Beautiful!
Nice Work, love it but a small lled light would make a huge diference i believe
Mate you should be wearing a mask when machining epoxy, dust extraction won’t get all the fibers. Your workmanship is amazing, but you’ve got to protect your health. 👍
Are you using the festool polishing grit after using the NW1. I ‘m using the NW 1 on a table I have just made and having a hell of a time getting a good finish on the epoxy. Went up to 4000 grit sandpaper before the NW1
What type of pad do you use for polishing, I’m maybe using to soft a one.
I think 4000 grit is finer than the paste! i go to 1000 max before I use the MW1 , then 5000 festool paste the 9000 super shine . I have other video on this ..
May I know the planer machine brand and type you use? Also for table saw machine. I'm from Asia and probably I can't get the same machine as yours but I still want to try getting it. Thanks for the vids, I love it. Subs too :D
Welcome :) and thank you .. more info here - ruclips.net/video/NGQPV9Rzec0/видео.html and here - ruclips.net/video/D8ihY6d9JXs/видео.html
That are acylic? White colour
Epoxy
@@ManorWood i mean ur base table..
Not ur wall wood epoxy..
That melamine or something else?
How much do you charge for a piece?
Best to email me for prices
how thick is the wood
Where do you buy the fixings for the edge?
How long to wait for B stage?
Very nice, think they might have looked better upside down!?
I will turn them over and put some picture on Instagram so we can all see :)
What is the thickness of this wood?
may I ask if you applied wipe on Polly at the end and why you need to that?
One side is wood the other is runner resin , I seal the wood with poly or oil or 2 pack
Beautiful piece, but that hanger is....well not the way I'd hang it.
I suppose that a visible hanging element is now accepted? Seems odd and unfortunate.
Amazing effect ❣❣❣
Any chance you can include the a link to the hanging hardware you use too? Thx!
Hanging hardware Is all custom made. Sorry
O suporte ficou a desejar no mais um bom trabalho
completely spoiled it by putting the hanging attachments to high so the wire and wall hook is visible
Steel rope can be hidden if required this was part of the industry look my Clint requested
@@ManorWood there is no accounting for taste
Espectacular como mesa o escritorio, no lo usaría como un cuadro.
How thick is that wood?
20mm
Enjoyed an gave it a Thumbs Up
They look nice, i just hate how off center you installed them on the wall
Beautifull 😍
how thick were the poly sheets you used for your forms?
2mm it’s no cheap stuff. At 10mm thick its around £300 per sheet
@@ManorWood Thank you
Many thanks
💣
I'm no expert by any means, but if I spent days on this project I couldn't live with the dimples and divets left in the finished product. Top coat should have been thicker to eliminate that issue.
Why have the wall mounting visible?
as I said it reversible , one side is Epoxy over the wood the other and a mix of Wax Oil on wood and Epoxy . so no fixing on back or front . also some people like to display on a stand..
Beautiful pieces, but the wall mounting not so much, distracts the attention from the main object. If you install the lateral support lower, the steel wire will not be seen.
What did you rub on it?
The front is covered in resin glasscast and the back has hard wax oil
Great!
Wow
what brand pigment do you use?
Lots of links in description also have other videos on pigments with links
Wow - beeewtiful job. Sorry but don’t like seeing the hanging wire or wall hook. Detracts from your beautiful piece.
its can be hidden but this pair work with the wire lighting in there room that are on display . kind of industrial look. :)
Wooooooooooooooow
It is too cool

🤙
die Bilder sind schön, dein Polish war Scheiße, da fehlte Resin und dann polieren, und die Aufhängung kann man auch verstecken
We need close ups!
👍РОССИЯ!!!
Everyone knows that depth of pour and surroundings can affect things. But REALLY how hard is it to say how much pigment YOU are adding. I'm sure this will be deleted because of your arrogance.
If I don’t even measure the pigment my self how am I going to list it ? Never been called that before “showing an offensive attitude of superiority “. ... lol while talking the time to make free video to help people... :)
Very nice
What did you use for the side mould shape?
Does the nw1 leave tiny swirl marks?
its depends on the way the polish , I finish with a 5000 and 9000 paste depending on client / uses and budgets
