    Stunning! The colour is tremendous and the lower edge treatment takes it to a whole other level.

    What a fantastic piece. Colours and richness of the wood all great. Thank you.

    Great choice of colours with the walnut! Beautiful. Not something I'd normally bring up but seeing the way the light made the pink pop at your bench, I feel some back lighting might have complemented this piece. Still looks great on the wall though.

    • @ManorWood
      @ManorWood  5 лет назад +3

      This was made to order , I guess the client could put a spot light around the piece. I made sure the colour looked tasteful but there is lots of pop to be had with extra lighting :)

    Beautiful! The grain on that board is gorgeous!

  • @robinhorton6625
    @robinhorton6625 5 лет назад +1

    A beauty, love the curved shadow, and the grain is amazing. I hang a lot of aluminium pictures in my home being a landscape photographer, and I use a hidden method of hanging heavy sheets, a 12x3x 1inch block with one long edge planed to 45deg is stuck to the back, with a corresponding block with opposite planed edge on top screwed to the wall, so the one planed edge slots on to the other and sits away from the wall. Just a thought.

    • @ManorWood
      @ManorWood  5 лет назад +1

      Sounds good .. this is reversable and I ship to a client ready to hang not 100% I could explain that to some of my clients but sounds a good idea..

    I know I'm late to the party! My invite must have gotten lost in the email... 😊 New to this channel, but I'm hooked now! Amazing work of art! The colours are simply breath taking. What an eye you have for this stuff. Simply out of curiosity, but did you consider added light to the back of it? Would it have brought out too much of the colour? Stunning work sir! Cheers

    All these videos using so much epoxy on a piece of timber, there is no skill in making these items, thickness a slab, pour crap loads of epoxy on it, sand and coat it then call it a work of art, the epoxy detracts from the beauty of the timber.
