I don’t mind the pretty colored leaves, but hate when they all turn brown and then the trees are nakey lol. That clam chowder looks delicious! Mmm I would take some PB custard. Sounds yummy! Boys and their toys, when we first moved into our house, my husband bought himself a sit on mower, was like the cat that got the cream lol. I love autumn, the changing colours are just so beautiful. What a stunning place for your date night. Weather and bugs permitting, I always choose outside seating. A great walk afterward too.

That is one thing we miss about upstate- fall. Here in Florida we are full summer. Beautiful trail on your property! The little restaurant reminds us of a place on Saratoga Lake we used to frequent when we lived there. Great video!

Exciting now that fall is in the air. Just changes everything include your mood. I love the maples trees that change color in sections and look as if they're on fire. Sure helps to have the right tools to blaze your trail after a lot of growth. Love eating on the water, outdoors in the fall. The swiss looked very nice. What a tease getting ice cream only to smell fresh fried chicken......Hate when that happens. Enjoy seeing the finger lakes area and will have to visit one day soon.

That was a perfect date night that restaurant looked perfect for pulling up to on a nice day on the lake and having a bite. The Chowder and Salmon looked yummy! That was some great will power avoiding the ice cream and custard it all looked so yummy and I agree it is for sure part of the marriage vows you should share everything!! Well that’s just another relaxing and tranquil vibe. Fall is definitely on the way. Here too. I used to hate our Autumns. Long drive ins to work as the dark got earlier and the mists and fogs came in. But now. I think it’s my favourite. Sunrises later and the mists on the lakes here are just so spectacular. We don’t get the colours that you get in New York and New England but there is such an atmosphere about Autumn here. Loved you guys date night. A beautiful place on the lake and some great food. We loved the look of the salads And the ice cream looked very delicious too. Just great Have a good week you two.
When I was growing up in Texas, we would see pictures of all the spectacular autumns in the New England states, but we never experienced them. When I married Bill, I’d hear all about them from his siblings and parents but never experienced them myself because I was a teacher without a fall break to go back during peak. However, since retirement I have gotten to fully embrace the fall season in Mew York. Love it.
We think Bill’s “tractor is sexy” 😂 But that salmon looks so good and have to get ice cream! We recognized that little town square and made us miss hanging with you guys 😢
Love the Switz! Keuka Lake is my favorite lake, luckily we only live about a half hour away from there. Do you ever go to the Windmill? That's another favorite of ours. We are are almost neighbors with you. It's a beautiful area. Love your channel too!

We are in full color up here. We also mowed trails around our property and the wildlife use them more then we do. 😊
I’m hoping that’s the case here too. We have two game cams, and hope we get more visitors once the trails are cleared all the way to the state land.

It was like that when we lived in Texas. No Fall! I’ve just gotten the chance to enjoy the fall colors here for about 4 or 5 years now.

We love the fall. It is slowly creeping up on us. Maples are my favorite too.
