@@Cheguebuddha Yeah it does that squishy creamy alnico thing. Not sure it makes sense to compare to the smaller ceramic Jupiter since this sounds so nice. The efficiency of the 12LC (50W) is closer to the Celestion Alnico cream (90W) speaker. It would be interesting but I'm not gonna buy another speaker at this point. These amps sound great as-is.
Yeah, the Celestion Alnico Cream does impart a British flavor to some degree. Thats why I started experimenting with ceramic magnet alternative speakers
Jupiter again. Just sounds awesome to me!
Thanks for listening and casting your vote. No dog in this race for sure.
That Jupiter has some ... very deep and strong nostalgic feeling for me ... oh wow!
Yeah the Jupiter is a wonderful speaker and almost 1/3 the cost of the Celestion Alnico Cream.
Alnico has less attack so not a fair comparison :D and if you had the small ceramic Jupiter would be a better comparison I think.

Great playing and sounds great!
The Princeton with the Celestion sounds more like a Marshall than a Fender

Nice! :D
Thanks! 😄
Have you tried jupiter SC?
No, I’ve never tried the 25w Jupiter 12SC if that’s the one you mean?
