A testament of your filmmaking (because honestly that’s what they’re becoming) so proud of you and your growth on RUclips and as a person. Apparently reading the scroll at the beginning wasn't enough for the beavers... they needed a sacrifice, you falling in was it. The ending with the drone shots, really showed how small we are in the big picture of those beautiful lakes. Thanks for the video!
There's very few people that I will watch for an hour and you are at the top. Your appreciation for the outdoors comes through loud and clear. Beautiful video man... Thank you
Xander, you and Jon absolutely kill me with the editing. You're both so funny and equally as moving with your cinematography and editing choices. Thank you for this movie and the chance to escape through your content. Cheers!
These style of videos are everywhere on RUclips and carving out a proper niche is quite a challenge. I think adding a comedic factor to these trips have made them truly unique and joy to watch.
I love the combination of beauty, peace and laughter in your videos. When it's done, I often have this sense of reverence, like I have just experienced a sacred moment, stepped into something so much bigger and powerful than myself and it has touched my soul. I look forward to the next one! Thank you, Xander!
Also did this route this summer and only saw one or two people at the launch. The trails were better maintained than we had expected. Those log jams really boggle the mind for how many logs get stuck there. Great job at capturing the northern lights. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for taking us along on another incredible journey. Capturing the northern lights on multiple nights was spectacular. I particularly love your sense of humor. From reading the scroll to the beaver king to your imaginary beautiful friend in the canoe. Another stellar trip. Well done, Xander. Thank you for sharing.
Suddenly, this episode seems to be a compression of life. I'm sure it started out as a comedy genre in Diablo, but at the end, tears flowed down. the blue beautiful fish ,Mysterious Aurora ,Beaver King and Perito ,Rough Log, Lonesome Grave oh! xander!!! Your story is enriched . And I deeply sympathize with what you said" what's better than this moment right now nothing" You're telling me to be faithful to the present, right? thank you so much
So much respect. The skills to plan the trip, know how long it will take, know what you need, know how to make a fire, camp, fish, prepare fish, take video, process the video, do time lapses, and share your experience. Very motivational, very talented, this is just my opinion. I'm sure others share this opinion too.

Its just pure joy, thank you for doing this and sharing it with us! You are Awesome! Until the next time im gonna rewatch this.
Loved the time lapse each night, just stunning. Those log jams, wow, I’ve never seen anything like it. And you still managed to have a smile after wards. Thanks Xander another awesome video!!

Cant describe how much i loved the fact that you flipped to lense to stay at the beautiful spot This just gives me that feeling of its all about the journey, not the destination. Literally fills me with joy to see you choose a beautiful spot even though its early, because thats what hiking, adventuring, survivaling and nature is about, being in the moment and no time pressure
Thanks for sharing! We loved the lakes, the rivers, the log jams the moose the beaver, the carcass the starry sky shots, the northern light shots, the tent, bonfires the cooking and eating the catching fish the beautiful scenery... everything... it was epic! The length was perfect for us too... we like the videos to be between 40 minutes to an hour or so. This one went really fast because we loved watching you! You are so fun to watch... we're just old people and wish we could do the things you do and go the places you go; but we're stuck here so watching you do all those crazy things gives us a lot of entertainment! Thank you!

Great video Xander, I can tell you put a lot of effort into the filming from the skits to the time-lapses and the amazing shots of you paddling away. It all makes my day 100 times better, thanks again :)

Thanks Xander! Great video...really appreciate the scenery you shared. I will likely never see Northern Lights in person so these shots are so valuable to me!
Watched several times; seemed like different loop from Jon’s but both very enjoyable. I like your serious perspective as much as your humor. Fishing underwater videos getting much much better, and the auroras outstanding. Don’t occur this far south in Oregon very often. Thank you for all the effort involved, hope patches still has many miles/kilometers to go. Deadlifts mandatory for those portages!
I have to say this was your best one yet. I cannot fathom how much work it took to not only film but much less get through those log jams at the end. RIP Parito!
Your sense of humor is so great, always have me laughing out loud literally. You always give us laughs, beautiful scenery, good food and lots of adventures. Stay safe out there and keep being awesome ✌️🙂 (RIP to Perrito 🐉 🪰)
It's super interesting to me when you highlight the sorta existential aspect of these trips and these videos. There's something about being isolated in that nature that points out how vulnerable we are as individuals. Separated from civilization we aren't much of anything, the strength of humans really comes from that collective our ability to do things in numbers but along the way we lose that perspective of how much smaller we are on the grander scale. Really gets the mind moving especially with your eye for cinematography.
The more difficult the terrain and traveling/hiking, the better you feel afterward. It's rejuvenating to not constantly look at your phone as you have no service to scroll anyway. Surviving is all there is out there, your mind has a clear mission... No pain no gain. Life is the same way, no struggle no happiness.
makes me want to go camping all the time. i love nature and these videos makes me able to experience camping when i can't go myself yet. freshmen in highschool and waiting to finish school so i can go on my own adventures. thanks for these videos!
This little guy's physical strength and his STAMINA and endurance is really, really impressive. Plus, his upbeat and appreciative attitude. (And all the extra thought and work required for placing the cameras).
@@XanderBudnick damn bro I was wandering how your able to eat so much food. You don’t look like 200 lb which is a good thing in my opinion. I have always been skinny 150lb all my life can’t put on any weight.
Thank you Xander for your humble way of presenting a relaxing, refreshing, funny and inspiring adventure. Oh to have my youth back and to do what your young strong body and mind can do! Phenomenal trip and as always incredible filmmaking 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍👍
So glad the Beaver King let you pass! The feelings the last 15 seconds of that episode gave me are what a lot of your content is about. Pure beauty. You respect nature. You have some incredible meals. You see fantastic wildlife. And you get to have amazing adventures in such a wonderful part of the world. Cheers Xander. Hope you're having a blast (I think you might be in the US, right now)!!

The amount of times and the distance you travelled to go grab your cameras after doing the walk away scenes is admirable. Great work. 👍

This little guy's physical strength and his STAMINA and endurance is really, really impressive. Plus, his upbeat and appreciative attitude. (And all the extra thought and work required for placing the cameras).
This little guy is 6'4 and 200lbs

@@XanderBudnick damn bro I was wandering how your able to eat so much food. You don’t look like 200 lb which is a good thing in my opinion. I have always been skinny 150lb all my life can’t put on any weight.
Love sitting down with a big plate of dinner and throwing the best show on RUclips on. Love everything you do and how you inspire all of your fans.
Awesome adventure Xander and as always, your sense of humor😂
The night sky of the stars is so awesome it’s been a long time sense I spent anytime outside the big city of Los Angeles
