Great job Kyle and Dad! Place looked very fresh and clean afterwards. Kyle, you give so much to others with your time and valuable advice; please put your respirator on your checklist so you and your crew will always have it onsite. A friend who was a painter for thirty years did not wear masks and she developed lung cancer and passed on. She was giving and generous like you, sharing a lot of pro tips on painting with huge Facebook groups. She didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy her well deserved retirement.
cant beat a father son team. cant wait for my boy to come work with me when the time comes!
Thanks for the degreaser tip👍
you're blessed to still have your dad
you have no idea how awesome it is to seee someone x jetting and making $$$. I don't intend on ever leaving the x jet
btw my dad helps me allll the time too! love being able to give my dad sum dough
Awesome job brother. Thank you for the info. Wisdom is priceless. Prov 1-5 let the wise listen and add to their learning.

Always got the good info. Also, good to see you got some good back up out there helping you. Thanks Kyle.
X Jet, the go-to tool for application and rinse!
Nice job man, you guys killed it
Very informative video to a new guy in the business like myself. I bought some Red Raider for my degreaser but have yet to try it out..
I will definitely have to buy some of that Gold Assassin as well!
Thanks again for suck a great video, keep them coming! 👍🏼
Hey, Kyle always inspired by your videos of Team performance and knowledge of pressure/ washing cleaning.
KM down under
That’s looks great and that’s for the digresser tips…
Great video! Trying to get a couple banks and commercial properties under my belt. Definitely a big help!
Good video, Kyle! I'll make a note of the degreaser too.
Great video! Thanks for all the amazing info! I’m still deciding on wether to get gold assassin or double eagle
Jacob N Both are great. I prefer GA
Great video awesome job! Thanks for the degreaser tip.
nice work sir will the green tip work on the curbs too if I don't have a turbo nozzle.
This had to be one of the best I've ever watched on RUclips. Thank you for sharing how to properly use chemicals on a commercial job.
Can you please upload a video on how to properly price a job for residential and a commercial job?
Love it !! Keep it comin homie💪👌
Great job wish I could get that degreasser in Ireland love my XJET awesome bit of kit.
Hey Kyle you are the man knocking it out buddy hey I live in Mooresville North Carolina, not too far from you really but where are you getting your S/H right now, it's hard to find anybody local
Nice and sticky foam!
Hey Kyle! Love your videos and information thank you so much! I used Gold Assassin just like you did here in the video on my driveway for a heavy motor oil stain and it didn’t really take it away. Only lightened the color 😞 I wet the driveway, did a pre treat and then laid down GA, dwelled for 10-15 mins and then surface cleaner. What am I missing man? Thank you again!
When you do a job like that with a lot of oil, do you have to contain the runoff?
Your the man thanks
thanks for the support!
Are you using a soft wash machine and how many gallons per minute is it or are you using a pressure washer with Downstream
Hey great video Kyle! So surprised Pops doesn't have a coffee in the other hand while rinsing. Tell Jeff not to work too hard! 😂🤙 ~C. Adams
Thanks for the video and the tip on the degreaser do you use any SH before during or after when cleaning cement thanks
Yes. Sometimes I will pretreat the concrete before I apply the degreaser
What do you use for a degreaser for oil stains on concrete?
Good stuff ! Where can i purchase that Gold Assassin at ? Good video !!!
What proportioner did you have in the x jet when you was laying that degreaser down ?
Jesse Couch every situation is different it just depends on how bad the concrete is. This was black
For the degreasing part, What nozzle did you use for this job? And did you add any soap to it?
At 3:59, is that an example of the X-Jet thing? Spraying the degreaser?
Quick question. How do you get your chemical to come out foamy? No matter how much surfactant I put in the mix it never comes out soapy, and I feel like it would make cleaning things easier. Thanks I’m advance!
would it be something to do with the spray nozzle/tip he's using? (just a guess since nobody answered you yet)
@@AMindInOverdrive I have no clue bro, I tried a half a bottle of gain ultra in a 5 gallon bucket and it still came out not foamy. It only foamed when I went to rinse hahah.
@@Frizzable need to get REAL surfactants from an ACTUAL pressure washing supply store. There’s certain surfactants (soaps) that foam up specifically. Just like there’s ones that are diff colors to track progress. You prob need to order some commercial surfactant online or check your area for local stores
He also probly has a higher gpm machine than you do
@@MrCedricPeterson I have commercial stuff. Nothing foams up like gain.
What do you charge for something like this and what do you use for rust?
hey man how long do you leave the chemicals on there?
Wild Wilderness I let degreaser sit 10-15 minutes then I scrub the concrete with a brush then surface clean and rinse
Thanks for sharing great content
Can you use it on asphalt
Thanks again
Great job
what were you sing to shooot the sauce with ? xjet?
Nice vid man.. love the tips and the content. I’m getting started out of the North Myrtle area. Do you do a lot of residential down this way or mostly commercial jobs?
That’s awesome…..
Kyle congratulations for the whim and excellent work, thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. A doubt, do you use SH together with the degreaser or do you do a pre treatment first with the SH and then throw the degreaser on top to be able to come with the surface cleaner or only degreaser?
Cool. Just subscribed
Kyle what hose are you running from pump to wand on your soft wash side ? 3/8 “ ID or 1/2” ID. Thanks for the demos you show. The wifey and I check you guys out.
So did you just straight Xjet just the gold assassin on there. No Dilution?
Please what is that soft wash setup
Awesome bro
Any links to order degreaser
How do you land these commercial jobs?
Where did you make your shirts
Thank you for the videos! How much PSI are you using on most jobs? Do you have an adaptor to lower the PSI for your pressure washer?
Hey man what do you do with the with the water running and have no problems or biq tickets with the DEC
DEQ.
As long as it stays on the property, should be fine. If it starts to run off and down the street, or into the storm drains, need to boom it and pump back to somewhere on the property or reclamation system.
That's what I've always heard.
Always check your state and local ordinances first.
Some extended family members recently did their companies concrete, and asked me to quote it. 20,000 sqft. They ended up getting their kids to do it. Took them over 70hrs and all the run off went to the drains.... 🤦♂️
I offered multiple times to come give them a hand, but oh well.
Did you use a cold water washer or heat?
What soap is that? Ultra foamy
Are you downstreaming of is this an xjet?
X jet
Where you fully opened with the proportion on the xjet?
were using hot water or cold water?
Hey can you do a video explaining how you get your commercial work, what you cover in details when doing the quote, how do you take payment and the cost for your time. My concern is what if someone doesn’t pay after the job. We have had a large commercial place not pay us for other work we had done for our other business. And we know of some commercial property owners in our local area that don’t pay vendors or folks kinda like us in these kinds of industry’s. So kinda curious how you bid. How you cover the details and how to ensure that you get paid. Do they pay after or do you collect a cc from them before starting the job. Do you charge when you show up. We have all the equipment we need to do the jobs but haven’t really had much experience with it. Thanks for any tips. Also we don’t know how to price jobs for commercial work. Thanks
I'm in Gainesville Florida, are any of your detergent available for me, I'm a beginner
What kind of pressure spray gun you have there? .. to dispense the chemical ? .. what its called ? ...
Will gold assassin work on pavers? Oil stains on driveway pavers? Or best used on concrete only?
What mix are you using to clean columns
do you have to reclaim the water? how does the soap come out measured? is that a jetx m5? or regular xjet? what degreaser did you use?
How is it comparable to the xjet, or the 350 psi washdown gun? What are your thoughts?
Oil stains came out clean AF
Thank you!
how did you go about it and getting this job? like who you talk to about getting this pressure wash service done
How do you get the jobs for a bank
What kind of gun are you using to treat? I want to know where to get it.
Where do you get that one gallon degreaser
Can you cut the filter off the bottom of the XJET? I have a filter on the bottom of mine and it’s kind of a pain in the butt.
Is there one stop store where u can buy all of theses cleaners?
You mind sharing how much you quoted this job for?
Love this ! My son is 14yo with his little driveway cleaning business for our neighbourhood. Should his new washer be 3400 psi at 9.5 L/min or 4000psi at 13 L/min ?
Can he run a surface cleaner easily with both ?
Psi matters but not as much as the gpm or in your case L/min. More l/min the better. Psi, well I can get into a lengthy explanation on length of hose, the drop off and what is actually coming out. But to keep it simple, you'll want to be careful with higher psi and not want to potentially scar/etch the concrete. For example, one of my machines is 10gpm at 2500 psi. By the time it gets down to the surface cleaner, pending on tips. I opted for this machine as you really only need 1800-2500 at max for residential concrete. Otherwise, you may be testing your insurance policy on what they actually cover.
Would that degreaser you used work well on driveways as well if so what's the name of the degreaser?
what's the cost for something like this?
What type of decreaser do you use?
do you prefer commercial versus residential business?
Do you use hot water machine?
droppin' gems
What’s the gun you use to spray the cleaner on?
Hey Kyle I live in Columbia south Carolina. I was wondering where would I find the degreaser you were just talking about?
How do you get stuff in MB. If your not from there
Can you show how you pull chemical with the xjet
Noah go check out my x jet video brotha
Never mind bro, i just finished washing the video🤣🤣
Did you charge per square feet? And how much
What was the setup you used to put your degreaser down with the hose running into the jug I'm new so I have to ask questions
I was using a x jet buddy. I have a video on this device on my channel
@@softwashtv6315 thanks pal, I'm a sub and I'll go watch it an give thumbs up
Does the SH or degreaser run off stain the asphalt? Nice content !
It can . I wet asphalt in areas where there will be run off
Thanks for reply is there anything this can’t get up with cold water that you’ve come across?
What degreaser you useing
Gold Assassin FTW
hell yeah!
what chemical are you useing
I have a customer complaining about plant damage 2 weeks later I was just using my down streamer..I have to go and take a look later today at the plants..If the damage was caused by me can you tell me what I should expect to see?
The tops of the plants will most likely be burnt up. Meaning the leaves are darkened and crumbled up.. Or if you really burnt them good the leaves will be nonexistent
@@softwashtv6315 went looked at the job all the plants were good except for these red plants found it strange that only the red plants got damaged I gave him twice the refund of the job he was happy I was happy to keep my reputation I probably could have saturated plants better and took better precaution #LessonLearn
On the oil spots, do you post treat? Also, what is the brand name of the SH chemical you use for soft washing? Great job man!
jose nieto I post treat sometimes Jose. Just depends on the situation
I see you distribute... How much for a 5 gallon of the Gold Assassin?
yessir. 100 for 5 gallon
@@softwashtv6315 see you soon
Hey man ,
What’s the name of the insurance you used ? And what’s an estimate for someone’s first year (insurance wise ? Thanks !
You have a nice stick to that mix, what surfactant you using?
ThAnks bro. That was a local surfactant from my local pressure washing store here in Raleigh NC
Kyle Maguire Sold to the public? Can I get some more information. Would like to try it myself
Where can I get some of that gold assassin at?
Get you dad some boots bro.
