Just for clarification, the dirty sides of homes are the north side. It's the same north facing side that Moss will choose to grow on trees. Remember, if you're lost in the woods, look for the moss on trees to point you in a certain direction.

One additional benefit of surfactants is they do a pretty good job of keeping the windows from spotting up. As a window cleaner of 25 years and has added pressure washing/soft washing this past year, I’ve been pretty impressed on how the windows look when using a surfactant compared to not using it. Nothing compares to having a professional window cleaning but the surfactant does just enough to leave the windows in a pretty decent condition. Just my .02

Question when it comes to cleaning on a windy day...
If we clean a building where there are a lot of cars parked, will the chemicals getting blown away make any permanent marks on any windshields or on the paint? That's my "biggest" concern when I'm out cleaning.

Hey man. Im still pretty new to this business. Learning as I go. I’ve had an issue where just about every roof cleaning that I do with gutters, leaves lines on the gutters from the over spray that slides down the gutters. Is this something that is normal? If so, is that something you include in the pricing or sell it separately? Because I hate to see those lines on the gutters. And I have yet to do a roof without gutters, but I can imagine that the run off will come down the roof edge and leaves lines as well? I would greatly appreciate your recommendations! Thanks bro
