    📃 Ingredients
    ▢2 Egg Whisked
    ▢3 Tomatoes Ripen tomatoes, cut wedges
    ▢2 cloves Garlic Minced
    ▢2 cup Chicken stock About 480ml Or vegetable stock/broth, see details in note
    ▢1 cup Water About 240ml
    ▢1-2 Spring onions Or coriander, cut thin slices
    ▢½ tsp Salt or salt to taste
    ▢1 tbsp Soy sauce Light soy sauce or all-purpose soy sauce
    ▢1 tsp Sesame oil toasted sesame oil
    ▢1 tsp Corn starch Mix it with with 2tbsp water
    ▢1 tbsp Groundnut/peanut oil
    Instruction
    Sauté the tomato wedges for 3-4 minutes until soft and season with salt.
    Once the tomatoes are softened, add the chicken stock, water, and garlic.
    Bring it to simmer.
    Pour the whisked egg slowly and season the soup with soy sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil.
    Add the corn starch slurry.
    Once the soup start to get thicken, add spring onions and ready to serve.
