Hi RUclipsrs - I've recently realised that RUclips has put an ad in the middle of my video. I'm trying to work out how to stop it as it is not something I have put in, but am not having much luck. Welcome to a peaceful 10-minute guided visualisation of leaves on a stream. This is the perfect practice for you if you are experiencing worried thoughts or challenging sensations. Find space and mastery over your mind as you practice laying down each thought like putting a leaf into a stream and watching it float away.

Would be great, but having a loud ad come in really ruins the meditation. Please make room for the ads at the very beginning or very end!! 🙏

If you feel disturbed by the ad just look at the disturbance itself and turn that into another leaf to put onto the stream. Really it was just extra practice

By the end of the meditation, I feel super chilled out and in a state of peace. That is a sign of a well-made guided meditation.
Plus, good work on the script as it literally addresses what I am going through during the meditation!
Very relaxing and helpful specially when you’re going thru something physical or mental that’s been hard to deal with.

it's a nice video but can you please turn of ads in th middle of it? i was completely out of it when some guy popped up and started yelling at me abouf something. i'd rather sit through a whole minute of ads at the start than go through this capitalistic hell of a fucking ad in the middle of my meditation

This is such a great video for meditation. Its helping me a lot to calm the chatter of mind and have a sense of stillness.
But one small request though:- please make sure any RUclips ads don't popup in between the video. During meditation, we carefully listen to the video and try to come to a state of stillness but when suddenly in between an ad comes up then it DESTROYS THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
Please consider on this request.

I love this video. A question-I’m a little confused. I thought that we were to take thoughts, images, feelings, that we observe arising in our awareness and, in our mind, transform each one into a leaf and then place the leaf on the stream. I was doing that (while listening to this guided meditation). But then the guided meditation asked us questions re about the leaves coming down; are these independent of the leaves I’m creating with my mind?
Hi Gretchen! Good question. You're absolutely right and I can see what I've done that's a bit confusing here. You're correct that I'm asking you to visualise your thoughts, images, and feelings as leaves and release them into the steam. The leaves you are observing falling from the sky is for if you have a particularly busy mind one day and are having difficulty keeping up with the activity of taking one leaf at a time and putting them in the stream. The leaves are still your thoughts/feelings/etc. that are coming up in the moment but this part of the meditation might be helpful if there are so many that the meditation is difficult. You can imagine all of those thoughts etc. falling around you, allowing your mind to move between them as it wants to instead of trying to force it to create order. Then if there is a particular thought/leaf that you feel you want to make a particular effort to let go of, you can visualise putting it in the water and watching it travel away. The other thoughts you're experiencing might still be falling from the sky or on the ground and that's ok. That's normal and what minds do. Does that make more sense?

I appreciated this as my first effort, but it would be easier for a beginner to hear the sounds of a stream trickling in the background.

I find it hard to visualise anything in my mind all i see is black, i was told to come here to try and relax myself and my chronic pain keeping me awake. I'll keep at it though.
Is it me or the volume has lowered down?
With something like this ads would be better in the beginning or the end, it disrupts the process when a loud ad plays in the middle

Like many others, the ad in the middle was a huge disturbance and completely ruined the meditation. Your channel isn’t even monetised so I don’t understand how you benefit from allowing ads in the middle of the video? People won’t subscribe if you don’t provide quality content.
