How To Delete Apps On Apple Watch! (2023)

When I push on the apps to get them shake no “X” appears on any of the apps. There’s no option to delete any of the apps. PLZ HELP!!! Thx🙏

Bro on iPhone find screen time then privacy and turn on delete programs iTunes

How do you add back the built in app after you deleted it?

If I delete the app from phone, it will remain on phone? Being they are synced I’m just not sure. New to the watch.
