Good stuff bro, but why be so flat footed all the time? Like jumping on toes to go forward and backward ain’t a formality in boxing, it’s actually useful Uk

My coaches told me that bouncing on my toes a lot can put me off balance and make it harder to throw my hips and shoulders into a punch, I'm gonna try to incorporate more movement into my sparring though.

@@ghawkb36 they aren’t wrong, but u do need to use ur toes to go forward and backward while dodging and counter punching, it’s way more fluid Uk,flat footed punches have power but bouncing and punching back on toes to flat footed will have fluidity

Hey bro, what country r u from? Maybe we can spar with each other or maybe even fight one day, when u and I become pro

I'm probably not gonna go pro, I'ma start a business and invest in real estate. I started at 14 so the other boxers who started earlier would have an advantage on me.

@@ghawkb36 come on man, canelo started his training at 13, the greatest Muhammad Ali at 12,heck Liston, Marciano in their late 20’s, and if u argue they were a genetic freak, well then Sugar Ray Robinson wasn’t much of a genetic freak, he started boxing at 14 too. There you go, so many countless examples. But at the end, it’s your life, would’ve been cool to meet u in the ring when u got good.
