I have a similar issue as this, only worse. I can't use the start menu or open things in administrative mode. I can run cmd but I can't access anything outside of the user folder. I can't run cmd in administrator mode, it says access denied to windows folder. It says it can't show the owner of the disc and thus I can't change it. Very frustrating.

@@rajashahzaib2574 what i did was i removed my ssd windows was installed on used another pc to download windows onto a usb using windows media creation tool and installed windows onto the other drive, this does wipe everything bare in mind but thats what i did. u can install it on the other drive after if u want
