In calisthenics skills like frontlever and planche are not overloaded. They are increased by during of seconds. How ever exercises like push ups dips and pull ups are progressively overloaded by adding weights. And this type of calisthenics is known as weighted calisthenics. I am doing calisthenics from past one year.
