    This is the video i should have started with...... sorry about that.
    When you move the GSI into your stock or backup rom Folder dont forget to rename the original system.img.
    Because you dont want to lose that......Trust me
    After just rename the GSI to system.img and your good
    make sure you first backup the stock rom or you have an original rom with your build number, this is very important.

      Any works as long as it's less than the file size of the original

      yes u can do witout wipe data, cache and system.

    Hello, I have a moto g22 and it doesn't support TWRP, unfortunately, how can I format it without bricking it? Because, if I format it using fastboot, it will just format normally, but it will keep the operating system, but if I do it using SP FLASH, it will brick.

      as long as you have mtk drivers installed on your pc it will work even with encryption still on

      sorry i answered the wrong question. Bootloader unlocking is important for flashing roms i always unlock first but i havnt tried spflashtool with locked bootloader. May be you can try it

      Yes bro, Just rename the original to anything else but dont delete.
      using system is the only way sp flashtool can read the GSI and flash it

      YES. First rename the main system.img for the ROM to something else then copy the gsi img into the ROM(firmware) folder and rename it. Then launch spFlashTool
