Just got one and the driver’s seat is excruciatingly painful! Didn’t think this would be an issue and it didn’t feel bad during the brief test drive. Our 2020 RX seats were so much more supportive. These ES seats are way too soft and not supportive and crush my back within 5 min 😢
Oh no I'm sorry to hear that! I'd love to sell you one but we can't ship to the states or I would! Otherwise yes it will be a custom order probably. You might have to go into a dealer and put down a deposit, alternatively sometimes dealerships can do a "Dealer Trade" if another dealership has one
We went to a dealer that had an ES350 Ultra Luxury model allocated to them . Was wrong color combo though. The GM in sales knew how to change the exterior and interior colors before unit got built. We also got to pick accessory’s that were to be installed at the port. Awesome car inside and out !

thanks. Wish these trims actually were avaialble. The only ones i can find have the crap 8" nav screen and the camera is horrible comp to even toyota
