    How does it work?
    The "Detox & ReSET 7-Day Program with Gustavo" resembles a "reality TV show" with three daily broadcasts that feature what I eat, how I make it, and an open Q&A session to answer ALL your questions. We log in live for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, every day of the 7 days. There are a total of 23 sessions and all of them are recorded with replays available at any time to watch again and again.
    We enjoy healthy, unprocessed food for one week with a fun and innovative program that includes a veggie day, a fruit day, and a fasting day strategically placed during the 7 days (fasting day is optional). If you don't need to lose weight, it is OK! You will follow a modified plan.

    Wow! Another eye opening conversation with Dr. Lisle! His intelligent,compassionate, non-judgemental style is most wonderful. I can't wait to hear more about my equilibrium and underlying genetic structure. I never thought of that... but my inconsistency in this thing has got to go! Thank you for calling us forward ~ blessings.

    I may know the young woman of whom Dr. Lisle speaks. There is a woman who spent time at True North and underwent the water fasting program for the maximum allowed time. She was very diligent for years afterward about her diet and continued to struggle with excess weight. Sadly, she eventually was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, a neuroendocrine condition which prevented her from losing weight and caused brain tumors.

    So thyroid ???
    But when you found it was thyroid - what was the solution?
    And also the changes that patient made not including medication ?

    Thanks for this route of access to Dr. Lisle. I do love hearing every word Doug Lisle speaks, but do suffer with the low quality microphone and/or room dynamics of the laptop setup. Please someone buy the good doctor a better microphone or audio equipment. Perhaps a rug in the room or on the walls? It's not the worst but it's hard on my old ears.
    You know how some guys punch up all the bass and sound WAY TOO heavy and overdone, well Dr. Lisle's audio is the opposite. It's thin and tinny and harsh. Thanks for listening. If I knew the right equipment and could afford it, I'd send it to him and hope he'd use it. I know it's low priority for a busy person, but it makes a lot of difference in audio quality.

      Thank you for your comment but unfortunately I cannot ask Dr. Lisle to buy equipment or rugs. We do the best we can. Maybe you can enable subtitles and read the text.

      @@plantemus I'll ask him. Apparently he never gets any feedback on his audio. I thought perhaps a supporter of the cause could donate such things to him, I'm just not that well funded. I can afford a letter though.

    But if we are not at an ideal weight and keep eating a healthy diet, like the lady he described, are we still at risk of disease?

      Try some intermittent fasting, I was simply overeating & snacking 6-8 times a day , now I'm only eating 2 times with !n afternoon snack. Lost the last 25 lbs
