I am using Kinera Leyding with my Aryas (strange combo I know) and this cable is absolutely stunning, I love it so much and can swap jacks to accomodate my 2.5 and 3.5 devices. I've been using it for a year now and ,y only gripe is that its may be easy to scratch metallic parts when using it daily going out, so you need to be a bit more careful.
Everything is fine! Thanks to the author for the review. However, the most important thing is missing - how does this or that cable affect the sound of the IEM! We do not buy cables because of their appearance, color, or design. It’s important to us how this or that cable will affect the sound of the setup, but not a word about that!
@@justinyee5544 Exactly! Apparently this is why the cost of cables differs tenfold! Sorry, I've been doing audio for a very long time and with my own ears I can clearly hear the difference in the sound of many cables. And the difference ranges from minor, just nuances, to stunning, changing the sound of the IEM.
I own Liquid Links Venom myself solely because of the aesthetic pairing with the UM Mest MKII. But the thing is, it uses PVC for the insulations if I am not mistaken and PVC is prone to hardening after contacting with body oil or sweat. And very unfortunately my Venom has also gotten so stiff at the part which it touches my neck, both left and right. So, think before buying Liquid Links cables, especially 2 cores. It should be way less apparent on 4 and 8 cores. Really don't understand why the manufacturers always choose to use shitty materials for insulations (Surely cuz it's cheaper). Do they just want costumers to return after shit gets stiff and broken??
Personally I really like my cable from GUcraftsman, I got a 6N silver one for my Gaea. Thin, light and no frills, well built with a enough stiffness to feel sturdy but have no issues with microphonics or coiling. I also like the Effect audio cadmus but really dislike the 8w version because of how thick and bulky it is.
The Hakugei Black Warrior 6N OCC copper & Silver plated 6N OCC upgrade cable looks similar to the one Timmy didn't know the name of, I also like the look of the Hakugei Healer with it's weave especially for it's price. Both Hakugei & Salvation have nice looking cables.
I've just ordered the Liquid links Evua II tonight and I am really impatient to receive it. I've also bought a few Hakugei cables from Hifigo and they sound very well, sometimes even better, softer and more natural than my Effect Audio Ares and Eros cables for less price.
I own Kinera Grammar cable with mic. And I hate it. Nobody said in reviews of it that the upper wires between split and connecters are so stiff. So it's really uncomfortable.
Have you tried any cables from GUCraftsman? I have 2, the 6n Single Crystal Silver cable and the 5n OFC Copper and Graphene cable. Both high quality. Not sure if they are as soft as the Kinera cables though.
muchas gracias tu video me ha servido de gran ayuda con respecto a los cables que debo usar y ademas consultar los precios de algunos iems desde ya te agradezco!
I have bought the letshuoer kimera cable and it's way too hard, i really don't like this cable and it cost a lot!! Kinera cables feels way better, more soft, more premium and better value!
Would be a better video if you went into the sound qualities of each cable and not just on the aesthetic or look / feel. That said, try Eletech ode to Laura and sonnet of Adam and Raphael. Really great looking cables with accompanying sound qualities. Same for Wagnus, since you are based in Japan.
@@bazwavmaybe there is a small difference, but I doubt most ppl can tell. Even if can tell the differences, it's horrible value. Get good iems not good cables. A $1000 cable isn't going to improve apple dirty buds lol
Funnie (actually, downright shocking) how masses of Audiophiles are willing to pay such top dollar for example Kinera × Effect Audio Orlog Dual Material Hybrid Design Earphone Cable, when you could get a Nocturnal Audio Hydra V2 8 Core Silver+Copper Hybrid Custom Cable for easily less than half that! @belphegor_tv Dude, that's not a legit answer to the question FPS... Less than half for a better quality, custom-made, non-limited edition piece? Seriously, people need to check 1st before wasting their money!

I use my Leyding for my Timeless and I really love how it ended up sounding aside from the looks.
That champagne/rosegold colored cable looks extra good

That's because Timmy is smart enough to know that cables don't offer perceptible alterations to an IEM's frequency response.

Yes
Is there any with a mic?
Haha wanting the same. Really hard to find it in IEM world.
Currently I use moondrop MC2
Tripowin zombur $10
Truth ear are amazing I keep saying it bc I love them it makes me love my music even more
I use the kinera ace with galileo and they go perfect with each other.
I like nicehck jialai. They are gentle to the touch and the price is also cheap.
It's best to use with leather cable ties.
The price of Liquid Links Venom can buy an end-game IEM so it's really hard to justify.

@ElectricEclectic well ya but great lesson learnt innit
Yeah venom is also my favorite cable in terms of looks. Nicehck has a cable that uses similar looking wires but accesories are...
The Kinera Dromi goes well with my S8. It just look stunning!
