One of the first Christian songs (and this version) I listened to on repeat when I first gave my life to Christ. I ended up with a Passion CD and listened to it over and over.

I only heard the Cd those many years ago in Germany, with headphones listening closely, enjoying the whole Cd, imagining the many people standing there, kneeling.... in God's eyes we are ALL bad persons. ALL. everyone deserve an eternity of pain and agony. EVERY SINGLE PERSON. the only difference is that Jesus died for our sins. He died for us. He died to save us from this punishment (hell). We just have to put our totally trust unto Him, that He is God, that He died for us who deserve Hell and punishemtn. Trust that He's the only way to Heaven. Trust 100% in Him. and giving Him our life. And you won't go in Hell. John 3.16 talks about it.

Not about bad or good....but about whose good is upon you. You can be good, but you need the ultimate goodness of Jesus covering you. Our super duper bestest isn't enough.... It isn't that you are bad, as much as your goodness isn't good enough. Every man is appointed one time to die. Why not choose to die with Jesus now and begin to live eternal life now until you go from glory to glory into eternal life forever. Jesus loves you. He defeated death so you can too!!!!!
If there is no God, then your ideas of "good" and "bad" are irrelevant constructs devised by nothing more than a cosmic accident. BUT - if you believe in right and wrong, where "good" is right and evil/wrong is "bad" then perhaps you need to re-think whether your atomic composition is a result of a freak accident billions years ago where lightning procreated with rocks (where did the rocks even come from?), or maybe just perhaps there is a reason for your existence -- and God, who puts His conscience in us, to know the difference between good and bad, right and wrong, holy and evil, and gives us the opportunity to repent of all the bad, wrong, and evil we've done, and embrace Jesus Christ who took the punishment we deserve for our rebellion against our Creator's ways. Jesus gives us His Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit empowers us to turn from our old ways and as a new creation, a born-again follower of Christ, we now have the power to live a life that is pleasing to God - because His power works in us and through us and with us, as our desire to honor Him and His ways grows.
