Yuji Nishida (西田 有志, Nishida Yūji, born 30 January 2000) is a Japanese male volleyball player.
Nishida currently plays for JTEKT Stings, a volleyball club based in Kariya, Aichi, Japan. He made his debut with JTEKT Stings at V.League (Japan) on 6 January 2018 in a match against Osaka Blazers Sakail. His impressive debut at the young age of 17 soon earned him a position in JTEKT's Starting 6 [1] as well as Japan men's national volleyball team.
He is one of the youngest players in the 2018 roster of the Japan men's national volleyball team and FIVB cup Final.[2] He made his first international performance with the Japanese national team in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League. In June 2018, he played a pivotal role in securing Japan's first win in 11 years against Italy where he collected 24 points from 21 spikes and 3 aces.[3] In September 2018, in a match against Argentina in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship, Nishida became the youngest player ever to score 30 points in a match.[4] In June 2019, Nishida broke serving records in the VNL history after hitting 7 aces in a single game during a match against Bulgaria.

@@maddoxmitchell6589 No, it's horrible.
He did battle ropes for at least 15 seconds at that pace, tells me how crap my stamina is lol
we just mere humans though
keep in mind he also has a mask one when doing that, crazy
I'm sure He went for 20 to 30s. He didn't slow down in the video. What a beast!!!!

Hahahaga🤣
Sauce of the song "Paprika - Kenshi Yonezu"
He looked like my father at that point-
It was scary pwq
Paprika, such a good song
@@syapaaja8723 Didn't know the song, but i was sure it was Yonezu Kenshi, Yuji singing genius confirmed?
This guy makes me want to practice even more.....so inspirational 🇯🇵💪
His name is yuji Nishida 👍🏻
I love when he was dunking, his jump was his spike approach😂
I mean some people who's about to jump to reach something or something does a spike approach. Its either they just are more comfortable doing it or they reach more higher doing a spike approach instead of the one foot kinda jump
It's just like there aren't many effective jump techniques available lol. Dunkers that jump of 2 feet usually use this approach.
Btw with his vert and height, I thought he would throw down some great dunks. Not that I could do what he does. I guess it all comes with practice.
@@huhun23 yeah, basically. You have to get used to having a ball in your hand
yea, once you play volleyball a bit you can never stop doing that kind of approach
How to be monster of the vertical jump

Step 1.0 : Be hinata

Man travelled from Haikyuu dimension to kuroko no baske
With spikes like that...imagine if he slapped you😳😳
🤣
😂omg
My body is.... i cant imagin... 🤯
ouch
Good bye 👋
My motivation comes from him, work hard on my jumping, serving, and blocking, I got 4 ace, 6 blocks, 12 spikes last season. 💪🏽
Congrats, keep it up
Koji Earl thankss 😁 will doo
Do I increase my jump height when I do simple muscle training for the legs?
@@buudey depends on how fit you are, if you are just starting bodyweight excercises will work just fine but if you really want to improve your vertical jump you should get lifting heavy weights, do squats and deadlifts twice a week adding to your normal workout and you will get higher than ever.
That's not good sorry but it's true
Just started watching volleyball and there is no doubt this is my favorite volleyball player
When i watch an interview of an athletes in my country, he said that wearing a mask during training is like training in high altitude with low level of oxygen.
That's not true, it doesn't lower the oxygen levels it lowers the air levels so it is not like training at altitude.
Gangsta Mann i think they just mean the “feeling” but not the scientific explanation :)
Breathe exclusively through your nose and you have low air training without any masks ;)
@@gangstamann502 oxygen is in air so reduced air levels is reduced oxygen levels no? Proportional decrease.
@@Stackrates technically, the air is the same, in terms of geological location if you were there with a mask or without, the air levels would be the same.
however, the feeling of training with a mask (sorta like an air filter that blocks your breathing) is like training in high altitude with low oxygen because you feel like there's a limit to your breath, similar to how it is when you have a high altitude.
so, its the feeling that counts. I agree with your point too.
As a basketball player that got into volleyball because of nishida seeing him throwing down some dunks is super cool
1:45 Nishida singing A "Paprika - Kenshi Yonezu" song
Its original is from kid's song then kenshi yonezu cover it

I went from sitting on the bench and hardly being able to dunk - to calculating numerous dunks per game, becoming a beginner, and winning the state championship right after using this vertical jump training! This is the finest vertical jump plan I`ve ever done and I’ve attempted them all. It is not hard to find this jump program by Google. The jump program is over here t.co/aX2oR1o9FS
Most electrifying volleyball player in the world. Always fun to watch. Go Japan 🇯🇵!!!

I'm 14 years old with 1,69 cm, 278 cm spike running... This man bring me motivation to train every week!
I'm 20 years old. I'm only 168cm my spike reach is 318cm keep at it man you'll get there eventually. If you have access to sand then try training on sand. It forces your jump to improve. I was meant to do it this season but covid prevented that. You're a bit young for gym so stay away from doing heavy heavy lifts but the stuff that Nishida was doing with bodyweight like the core exercises, and the pull ups. Definitely hit those. Do flexibility stuff as well. The more flexible you are, the more room your muscles have to expand and contract meaning you can get higher. There's a lot that can be done even from home man. Keep it up.
1:45 I never knew I needed Nishida singing Paprika by Kenshi Yonezu until now
Thank you for the video and motivation. I, and many people like this player. My goal is to become like Yuji Nishida and maybe even surpass him. Thanks for the cool cuts and videos about volleyball, keep it up. But I would add more cuts to cool tracks for more motivation.
I'm here always for nishida 😍
i’ve been watching this guy’s matches and i’ve seen the times where he jumps really high and he lands on one foot and i’m like BE CAREFUL YOU CAN GET INJURED JUST BY LANDING ON ONE FOOT, besides that, this guy is really amazing
He inspires me so mush i feel so mush more excited to start training
I'm completely agree w the background music ''don't you see that i love you soooo mucch'' I felt that
1:01 is such an underrated exercise for volleyball. It's one of my new favorites
