This music was recorded for a movie, Homayoun (the singer) told that at first we were thinking of a calm and sort of meditational thing, but later, Sohrab (the guy with the instrument, he is also the song writer) came up with some "naughty" ideas as a songwriter and this song is result of those ideas and its pretty awesome
Good to know, His father (Mohammad reza shajarian)which just passed in a few weeks ago ( God bless him) was the biggest technical vocalist of traditional Iranian music. He was (still is) the legend. And he has lots of years of training with that legend and he just brings his father's technics to some more modern traditional Iranian music and lyrics to the new generation of people like us.

He was the inventor of a religious school of thought who attempted to make a connection with God by dancing a particular dance called the samā dance. This is the type of song used for that ceremony. Though nowadays it is commonly played everywhere around the country 😅😅😅
