I know you said it won’t help but I’ve been thru something similar - I was so distrusting of ALL drs; felt betrayed; shocked; so isolated - fell deep into a health anxiety spiral which was made worse when I joined all the different “survivor”/“support” groups. I see in your eyes similar fear and anxiety. I’ve followed you since your awesome nails tutorials - the leopard print and swirly blue Van Gogh nails - I used her hair tutorial/makeup tips for pageants on a family friend; I love your career journey; you are such a beautiful, beautiful presence on here. I wish I could reach through the screen & air out your brain…give you a refresh and calm your thoughts.
I have been taking my own little media break. Have missed seeing your videos...I will catch up while you are taking care of yourself. Your videos are always helpful!!
Your physical ailments are taking a toll on your mental and emotional state, it's totally understandable. Take time off for yourself and film at the spur of the moment when you're feeling better and INSPIRED about anything even if it's only five minutes and upload on Fridays (just an idea). I'm sure you're tired of getting advice from people. But I was wondering if you looked up what you could do to help the detox go faster, like drinking lemon water to flush out your liver may help. Also, have you read that book yet? Maybe the distraction will help you while you heal with a good book. She went through a different kind of detox from yours toward the end of her book. But I promise that once you start reading, you can't put it down. I'm sorry you are going through this, but you have to know you will get better with time. Please try to focus on that and take good care of yourself. ❤
Thank youuu! Thats funny you mention lemon water I squeeze a bag of lemons and freeze the juice in ice cube trays to add it to my water every day. I haven’t read all the book around the time I started reading is when I started to get sick or at least feel the symptoms and this began my worrying. All my reading fell to the wayside. You’re right I should pick it up to manage my stress. And yesss that’s exactly what I wanted to do come back when I feel good for even a little while until I can come back consistently again. Thank you for getting it ❤
