My favorite setup was the second one cause it reminds me of some family members, something i would offer them. This episode was as good as the 23rd
The last one for me, I dig the color scheme and tight space. It's simple, yet elegant and cozy, kind of like being in the library and getting work done in peace.
The 4th set up is a nice one. It shows that you don’t need a whole lot of things to make your desk tidy to get to work. It is awesome compared to others as other 4ks are quite expensive $400-$500 but you can easily get another lg 27 4k monitor for as low as $360 , 😊but my choice would be Benq Pd2506Q for general everyday monitor for mac❤, the keyboard is an expensive but excellent one, but you have other good options namely from Microsoft for $49. That’s all you need to get too or present to work. You can have wireless charger and a speaker if you want

I really like watching your videos to get ideas for my home office! Do you have a collection of room-facing desk setups, instead of wall-facing? I like room-facing, but cord management can be a challenge.

do you consider setups that are not really minimal physical but are digitally minimal. For example, I've got like core 2 duo laptop solely focused development&programming and core i5 2th gen Thinkpad for school, both of them are in linux. Works for me because it does not really have a lot of distractions in it. I like using old tech, giving them a better purpose.

For the first setup you can tell that it is a laptop because it has the battery icon at the bottom right. On a desktop it wouldn't have that symbol because it does not run on battery power.

I think it should be said that the second last guy could be using the laptop display for a two monitor setup. This is a very common thing to do, and it means that the laptop cannot be stowed away. His laptop sitting on his desk is understandable.

I have a question : does the double screen set up powered by a macbook can work while the macbook is actually closed ? Cause this is something i'm seeing quite a lot these days (i'm a Windows user btw)

I have a laptop setup myself. I really like it and I have an HDMI to another monitor so that way I have a dual screen setup. However, I can't find a way to turn on the laptop without lifting the screen to press the power button whenever I want only one screen to be on (that would be the monitor). Can anybody help? How do other people with laptop setups deal with it?

For Jad's setup, if you can zoom in and see that there is a battery bar on the bottom right of the screen, that means he is indeed using laptop, am I correct?
If there is no battery bar then that setup may be desktop..

basically i can put a laptop which is off under a monitor setup, to show the laptop. but the image on the monitor can come from a pc which is hidden and out of the picture.^^
I was able to snag hp pavillion 14 plus for $750 with student discount. Deal of the century. Also would u recommend putting a screen protector on it as its display is kind of sensitive to dirt.
I think a screen protector is great but choose quality over the price

Actually that's exactly what they want. This is not to showcase their laptops but their accessories as you'll notice in the actual ad I show a setup using a Mac! That double setup was pretty sweet, but I like Glenn's setup most this week. Simple, classy. Humble doesn't have to mean unaesthetic and I appreaciate DIY monitor stand.
Also, I hate how almost all laptops nowadays have power on button somewhere in the palmrest area. Having it on the side would be so convenient for a desk setup.
