53:22 boys! I’m with you, in the fourth movie Mia says to dom “my only brother” but then they bring in a brother (cena) in the tenth or eleventh movie like what come on
3:20 Honestly I agree with Alex with people modifying weird or strange platforms (ie… Volvos and wagons), *one thing I see becoming more popular is influence from the lowrider scene with engraving and pattern roofs on drift and stance cars *taking 70’s and 80’s car then modifying with current day trends or going for a vintage look *seeing more domestic cars (Corvettes, Mustangs, and Camaros) with JDM parts and style
Engraving costs so much, there is no shot someone will build something like that to drift. And the word you're looking for with modding classics is restomods.
Yeah but now it's becoming the standard. Flashy widebody builds and crazy engine swaps are falling out of favour especially since people don't wanna waste money ruining their only car. People care more about crazy factory specs than mods now.
Something I think will be pretty common isn't just people modifying strange platforms, but choosing wacky engines. With the common swaps all becoming ludicrously expensive, people will start to use whatever they can get their hands on that'll be fun. I know there's some talk like that around the EcoBoost 2.0s & I think the I5s from Passats.
I’m already seeing it on tiktok and big names on RUclips, but restorations and cleaning a beat, crusty car will really trend. Restomod’ing, at an affordable level, could trend next yr. Appreciation for what a car is stock or oem+ will continue to grow like it already has.
Boys Y'all are missing Driving Gloves... Put those on there and I GUARANTEE they will sell... Make your own with the little triangle logo that MartiniWorks has... I stated this before on the website but i GUARANTEE these would sell like Hot Cakes!
Early 2000s cars are past the bottom of the depreciation curve, and we see younger enthusiast getting them as first fun cars I'd expect nice normal 2000s cars to surface.
"Too new to be respected and too old to be cool" is how i feel when people turn a blind eye to any car that is around that 10 year old mark. I'll never understand that thought process.
In regards to automated braking systems "some people need it" Hot take of the millennium: then those people dont need to drive. Sorry, not sorry. If you can't drive you shouldn't. And if you can't drive standard, you can't really drive.
Bro sold his rx8 before the price of them will hit an all time high. ;-) Can't sell before the peak! I'm kidding. But half kidding, because I know it won't be too long before they are either all clapped or all destroyed. 😋

I had to sell one of my houses because I couldn’t afford building materials because of the tariffs back in 2018
Vin diesel got into the rx-7/tuners because of Han. But muscle cars because of his dad
No shot I’m this early

His was already destroyed with fender rust and wide body. There is a very small market of people who would actually want to buy it like that.
