To be fair the R35 isn't a skyline at all do the g35 and g37 are the latest skylines. It does make sense since they're both rwd 4 seater sports sedans. Thats what the lower models of skyline have always been. If anything the R35 gtr is more odd than thr g35 and g37 being called skylines

I honestly don’t remember what best car we had in my high school but at the time I had a 2001 Honda civic coupe & now I drive a 2019 Subaru Impreza & a 2023 Mustang gt. I still have the civic at home & plan to completely restore it in the future.

In 2018 my first car was a modified 97 civic couple ex manual had 176k miles payed 500 hadn't ran in a couple years. Fixed it up ran untill 2021 215k before the rod and block decided it needed extra ventilation holes. Learned how to drive manual with it. Now I got a 2020 hyundai veloster N manual

Your first car should be something simple and easy to work on so that you learn all the basics. You should own it for a year and if after that year you are still having fun and still want to buy another car you KEEP that car for a daily as it's now probably very reliable and buy another one.

Don't remember if we had a 'best car'. There were only a handful of cool cars, guy had a early 00's 3 valley mustang, a 97 T-bird v8. Had a blast in my mom's 88 corsica with a blue hood, that everyone thought was dope. Can't remember anything else.
