I started looking at your candle videos and then found your challenges with life videos. Just do what you can when you can! It’s okay to be in survival mode, as long as you are surviving! It’s okay to postpone things to take care of you! Only you matter. If you are good then you can be 100% there for the others. I’m glad to hear you are working on getting into nursing school. The one that costs us money but def works is “ retail therapy.
It’s things you WANT to do…not HAVE to do. Go for a swim in the lake, go see a movie, Go to some yard sales if that’s your thing.

@@EclipseBotanica it changes over the years on how we get our dopamine dump. When we’re young, we are carefree and we take a lot of risks to get those highs. But as we get older and more responsible, we have to find different safer ways of getting a “ fix” . NOT jumping off the Trussell into the river 😂
