I would just like to say thank you. I have a black and decker electric adjustable wrench that was grandpa's and the electric part stopped working. so me being me and it being my grandpa's tool I took it apart to figure out why it didn't work. Upon opening it I saw that the wires were corroded and disconnected. I fixed that and it still didn't work so I checked the motor and it was burned out. Turns out that motor is the same size as my 1/24 holmes hobbies motor so I went to the hobby shop to pick up another one and even tho the employee said it might not work and I can't bring the motor back I said I didn't care. Got home, slapped the motor in and it works like a dream. So again I cant thank you enough for helping me get my grandpa's tool working again. And keep up the great work you are doing!
Bintochan charcoal. I want to make my own high quality charcoal. I never want to buy another commercially made or manufactured briquette again. As a by product and side project, I want to make a bunch of biochar for gardening and transforming the soil around my house.
Listen to Audio books whenever you're doing anything monotonous, so you can be always leaning something new or enjoying fantasy entertainment, consider listening whilst driving, cooking, dishes, cleaning, gardening, walking or shopping, it's good for your brain, mind and soul, enjoy.
Funny, I just had some apples from the grocery store and sprouted the seeds from one apple. I've got 3, 6" trees growing right now. I did the same thing 10 years ago and now my mom has a small orchard going.
Sounds like some good goals you have set. Outside of rc, I want to get back into painting/drawing as well as teach my 4 year old how to play drums. I have been playing drums for a little over 30 years and my son seems to want to take an interest in it. As for the rc side,I want to expand my rc interest other than crawlers. I'm seeing what the rc lowrider guys are doing and the level of detail they're doing with engraving, painting etc. is crazy and it looks interesting. As for the banjo part you were talking about,I kind of know a little since my wife plays it and like you she doesn't play it as much as she likes to. Hope you have a successful 2025 and it will be looking forward to seeing what you bring to the table.
I'm currently battling cancer, non hodgkin's lymphoma type b-cell. My main resolution is to beat it and get back to driving rc. I've gotten to crawl once in the past year, definitely want to get out and do it more!
Happy New Year John. I have to say you are a complicated dude. I love apples, but I didn't know as much about growing them as you have taught me. Thanks for that. Don't change for the YT Algorithm. I would like to see more videos on your brushed motors some more with Castle and Your ESC's I know there is always the HW 1080 but I don't care for HW products after 5 years of use. My SW4 is still going strong. For my TRX4 Defender. I was thinking of a Crawlmaster brushed motor but I do trail a good bit too. What about the Trailmaster? Then there is the Magnum and Experts. Can you do a driving video comparing all these combos? I know everyone is HW Fusion, but like canned brush motors, they are throwaways. A can brush motor is completely recyclable. I don't see how the fusion is with the pcb and all. You can change esc's/motor combos with ease. Not so with HW Fusion. IMO. I am having fun with your CM 1800KV 540 Stubby sensorless. Still can't decide which esc I like the best yet. Your HV or the SW4. Each is great but show different power profiles when I apply the throttle. I am now going to get a TRX4 Kit, and a Sport clear body w/rack and lights. That way I can have both.
we need some brushed motor options for kyosho mini-Z cars only if there was a guy and a company that could provide hint hint. I think it could be a big seller actually only options are two or three choices from kyosho or change to brushless and I think that's a little overkill for these not that overkill isn't fun but to keep cars cheap and competitive I think brushed is great for these.
He’s got a kick ass sense of humor

I know its store bought but cosmic crisp is an excellent apple.

I would watch you trail some crawlers through your groves. That would be a fun guided tour!

Before you say ," You can't do that " yes, you can. There is always someone.

Might I humbly suggest a 4wd 1/10 scale buggy...

@RcwithRc good luck brother!
@HolmesHobbies thank you sir! Giving it my all! I've got more rocks to crawl! Lol
Dude! Just a lil off tangent here today John!! Great now I want one of the famous Dutch apple pies from local bakery!
sounds delicious!
How about a video showing how you use conformal coating on your esc's?
Is the next video of 2025 going to be about oranges 🍊 🤣
Don’t forget to drink more Petey’s Bing! That stuff’s delicious!
You got it, more Bing is always a good idea.
You seem like a guy that would enjoy playing the banjo
I want to see the servo back in stock and and a Holmes 2-1 motor esc
Plant more 🎄 the good green type. In da garden. Might draw in the hippies😅
I can’t resist planting seeds. Got some apples and avocados trees going. See what happens.
Sounds like you’re in for a delicious future!

Here's a goal you can work on, bring back the SS team spec motors!
Lol I've stocked up on those, just in case
