That's an option that's crossed my mind, but you're the first person I've heard it from. Seems logic, since those frames need supportive boots like freeskate ones, and the Solo/Fusion is basically a freeskate with UFS mounting...
Seba sx/cj boots are overrated (pretty sure a lot will suggest to pair them up). It is the standard or recommended boots for the setup, I know. I like alternatives! And I want to see different boots setup for the wizards and the liner. That be a great vid from time to time, to review different boots setup.
My dream, instead, would be a wizard/wizard-like frame but designed for 165mm freeskate mounting. While I understand their aggressive background, and the kinda aggressive usage, it's always seemed weird to me that they make such an expensive and awesome design, that basically only works right when mounted on the less aggressive (and far from less expensive) of all aggressive boots. AND without the soulplates even... So, why UFS only?? In my (probably uninformed) opinion, it just looks like those frames should basically work with a (ANY) supportive freeskate boot if they were ufs compatible, better than with MOST aggressive boots. I don't even understand why nobody ever seem to talk about this...
@@Bavmorda because they don't wish to challenge the dogma of wizard skating. while in it's purest form leon basin and co wanted to make a better skate regardless. hence they gutted an integrated liner had to specifically ask for a liner ot be made and in one of the latest film drops you can see a close up of leon basin sporting some prototype wizard boot that doesn't look like a seba boot. all in all the answer is sheeps.
Love your channel mate.. after some advice I always get ingrown toenails on my big toe so I need to find a skate that has a wide toe section as I'm a size 13 (at least in my old Shima 5s) the options aren't great but I was considering the USD 7s as they make a boot at size 13 . what liner do you recommend?
@@RicardoLino I'm skating the seba sx2 (plastic boot) version, feels great, but I think in your setup the soul plate is the problem, you won't have the same connection, also the boot size of those skates, too big for the liner
I'm loving the wizards! Just was able to get my hands on a pair myself! I made a first impressions video if you want to hear what I have to say! It's on my channel
Good to have You back.
That’s a really cool helmet dude
The frame suits you well!
will you make a comparison of the 2nd Skin and the intuition?
Hi!, i am using the Wizards with de CJ wellsmore....and the setup its amazing...super responsive!!
Thouse frames work really well with Rollerblade Fusion Boot!

I think a wizard and micro collaboration would be awesome
Like it. I would try some fabric between the frame and boot like the razor shifts

Different boots is fine, but ditch the soul plate or you just won't get that connection.
Great video! Need to try those frames one day :)
they are really cool. but having the right boot will make a huge difference.. WORKING ON IT
Try Sean Tasks wizard set up it seems to work very well for him
Is the intuition liner really that good?
You need a pair of Seba SX/CJs. They feel amazing.
My dream would be if Powerslide made a Hardcore Evo UFS....THAT would be something cool....

You must have some USD Carbons or Carbon Free boots you can use? Or do you think they are too low cut?
Another great video
Ahaha! First!
Don't have time right now I gotta watch this later, looking forward to it!
Yes I went down a boot size with this Intuition liner! It needs to be tight.
It felt super weird... and also the soulplate somehow felt wrong in these setup..also sounded wrong SOMETIMES..
@@RicardoLino it's totally different with the seba sx boot, and without the soul plate!
